Which cities have membership?
Four cities have been selected so far. In Canada, membership is available in Edmonton and Toronto. In the United States, membership is available in Chicago, Denver and Boulder.
How do I get updates about local events and other benefits?
You have a few options:
1. Check your membership hub in your lululemon account for your latest benefits.
2. Keep an eye out for your monthly email update on your benefits.
3. Check your local Facebook group for updates. (You may even get some sneak peeks for being a part of the group).

Where can I find access to my lululemon account?
It’s easy. Simply click on 'Sign In" on the top right corner on lululemon.com. If you’re on the lululemon app when you sign in, look for the tab on the bottom right side that says 'Account'.
How do I access my membership hub?
You can view your benefits at any time on your membership hub via lululemon.com or through the lululemon app, or click through a membership email if it is directing you there.
From a web browser, go to lululemon.com and click “Sign In” at the top right corner of the page. Remember to use the same login information you used to purchase your membership. Then click “My membership” to get to your hub and check out your benefits.
If you want to access your membership hub from the lululemon app, click the “Account” button on the bottom right of your screen. From there, select the membership tile to view all your benefits.

What is the difference between my lululemon account and my membership hub?
Glad you asked. Your membership hub is a part of your lululemon account. As a member, you get access to a personalized, one-stop-shop to see everything that is happening in your membership, all within your lululemon account.
I am not receiving my emails from membership, what should I do?
Hmmm, that’s not good. Try checking your Junk, Spam, or Promotion inboxes - sometimes our emails land there. Make sure that you mark membership@whatwelove.lululemon.com as a safe sender so that our emails in the future go straight to your regular inbox.
If you’re still having trouble, check your membership account and confirm you are still subscribed to membership emails. Here’s what to do.
1. Go to lululemon.com and click 'Sign In' on the top right corner.
2. Once inside your lululemon account, go to the membership tab.
3. Instead of going to your hub as you usually would, this main page has your communication preferences available.
4. Check the toggle for emails to confirm if you are opted in.
If you’re still set to receive them and aren't, reach out to membership@lululemon.com or call our Guest Education Centre at 1.877.263.9300 and we will quickly get you sorted out. Promise.

Safety of our members is our top priority. That’s why we are closely following your city guidelines and will adjust offerings as required. As we feel it is safe to do so, we may bring some of the experiences in-person, and will let you know if (or when) this is possible.

When can I start using my benefits?
Now! (And by now, we mean you can start using your benefits right away). To get started, log into your membership hub and answer a couple questions—to ensure your membership is personalized for you. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible to get the most out of your membership. This would also be a great time to book your first class or event.
How and when can I use my birthday gift of 20% off?
Whoo-hoo. Your 20% off birthday gift is available both online and in-store. The discount is available starting on your birthday and the six days that follow. It is one-time use and can be used to purchase a maximum of 10 lululemon items.
To use in-store, go to a participating lululemon store in your membership city. Please have your digital membership ID ready to show, which you can find in your membership account, along with a piece of government issued photo ID.
To use online, visit your membership hub by signing in to the lululemon website or app (or coming through an email we sent you) and click on ‘Get my gift’. On the website, after clicking through from the hub, the discount will be automatically applied. In the app, you will see a checkbox when you go to checkout with the discount applied.

What is the return policy for product I purchase with my birthday discount?
Unwashed and unworn purchases can be returned or exchanged within one month with original hangtags attached and receipt for the discounted amount. If the exchange is of lesser value, the remainder will be put on a gift card. Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
When will early access be available?
How exciting is this? You have member-exclusive access to select product drops throughout the year. We will be sure to let you know when these come up, so make sure to regularly check your email and membership hub.

Good question. You will receive 12 passes at the beginning of your membership year. You can use one pass per month to either book a sweat class or local event.
Do my passes expire each month?
Yes, you have the full month associated to redeem your sweat class or event. Once the month is over, if you have not used your pass, it will expire and you will not receive another pass in it's place.
Will I get both digital and in-person sweat classes?
Depending on the safety recommendations of the studios in your city, a combination of digital and in-person classes may be available. One pass gives you access to one sweat class or one local event (either digital or in-person, where available).
How do I book a sweat class?
We’re glad you asked. In your membership hub, you can easily see all the studios and classes available to you (digital or in-person, where available). There is a limited number of times you can attend each studio. If it’s available in your membership hub, it’s available to book. We want you to have an opportunity to try everything and who knows, you may find a new favourite way to sweat.
Here’s how it works:
1. Log in to your lululemon account and go to your membership hub
2. Once in your hub, go to the ‘Classes and events’ section and click through to browse your options
3. From here, complete your booking
4. The studio will reach out to you with details and next steps on how to attend your class

These include a variety of ways to sweat (think: HIIT, spin, yoga, and more) so you can switch it up, try new things, and maybe even find your new go-to studio. Depending on your city (and the studio), there may be both digital and in-person sweat classes available.

Can I invite a friend to participate with me?
Absolutely. You have four, friend passes to use throughout the year. Each friend pass allows you to invite one friend to join you. You can use one friend pass in a month. When you book a class or event on your membership hub, you’ll be asked if you want to invite a friend. Say yes, and share the love (either digital or in-person, where available).
Can I book my class or event using my pass ahead of time?
For sure. You are able to book all available sweat classes or events ahead of time. Keep in mind, events are added throughout the year, so not all options may be available if booking in advance. Some studios do not release their class schedules far in advance so be sure you check back later if the studio’s schedule is not yet bookable.
How long do I have to redeem my monthly pass?

What if I am unable to attend a class or event I booked?
Hey, we get it—stuff happens. Simply go to your membership hub and cancel your class or event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel as early as possible to open up space for another member to attend. Keep in mind, that if you have invited a friend they must attend with you, so if you cancel, your friend's booking will also be cancelled.
What is the cancellation policy for sweat classes and events?
For sweat classes, studio policies apply—so please be aware of their cancellation and late policies. For local events, keep an eye out for specific cancellation policies per event.
If you do not cancel within the policy, you will lose your pass for that month. If you are able to cancel outside of cancellation period, you will get your pass back for that month. Also, please note that if you have invited a friend and cancel, it will automatically cancel your friend's pass as well.
This policy also applies to the friend passes. If the policies are not followed, you will lose your friend pass and it will not be reinstated.
