ACCESS FOR ALL

Our guests come to our websites with a variety of lived experiences, which encourages our work to enable access and inclusion. We want our guests to feel their best when visiting our websites. That is why we are taking careful measures to build meaningful connections and experiences for individuals of all ability levels. Just like in our stores, we strive to discover and implement innovative solutions that create a fun and welcoming digital experience on websites and mobile app. “At lululemon, we are committed to our Impact Agenda and IDEA commitments, which include reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve and operate in by 2025 and creating an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and fosters growth,” said Stacia Jones, Vice President, Global Head of IDEA.

WEB ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES

We have a team of passionate individuals and third-party disability consultants to monitor and inform our accessibility efforts and partner with disability-owned businesses to ensure our inclusion goals are successful. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, & Level AAA. We aim to go beyond compliance requirements for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and AA, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We aim to ensure that our new, updated, and existing web content produced by our organization will meet WCAG 2.1, Level AA guidelines.

THIRD PARTY SITES

We will preferentially purchase authoring tools that meet or exceed our web accessibility policy. On our website, we may communicate to our guests through different third-party websites, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. These sites are not managed by lululemon and may present challenges outside of our control for guests with disabilities and ranging access needs. Below are links to the accessibility policies of these third-party sites:

We recommend using the following web browser and screen reader combinations for an optimized experience:

  • For Windows users: JAWS and Internet Explorer or NVDA and Firefox

  • For Mac users: VoiceOver and Safari or VoiceOver and Chrome

  • For mobile users: VoiceOver for iPhone and TalkBack for Android devices
