Light & thin blocks
I picked up these yoga blocks because the cork ones in the yoga studio were too heavy and chunky for my hands. These are light and thin which is perfect when I use them for balance with my hands. They are actually more comfortable under my back as well although I don’t mind using cork blocks underneath myself.
