    Runs narrow in the waist

    I ordered a pair of the Slim and Classic and ended up keeping the Slim. The Classic was incredibly baggy. I really like the texture of these and the color. If I had one complaint it’s that the waist runs small so you may want to order a size up. I’m a 34x34 in every pants I wear, including others from Lululemon and this is the first pair I’ve bought that felt snug enough to where I said it might not be the right size. The Classic 34x34 didn’t have the issue.

    Not great pants but not bad either.

    The material is like denim - but not. It's a bit scratchy, rough and unfinished. The dye on the black pants faded more quickly than expected after one wash. The pants are well constructed (good seams) but could use more tailoring and a more tapered leg for slim - more roomy than needed.

    The Easy Five Slim Straight Pant is designed to balance structure with everyday comfort, so it’s disappointing to hear the fabric felt rough and the color didn’t hold up as expected after washing. That’s not the experience we want for you. We really appreciate your callouts on fabric feel, dye performance, and fit through the leg—insight like this is incredibly valuable as we continue to refine both materials and tailoring.

    Bring back UTILITECH!!!

    BRING BACK THE UTILITECH. I was so disappointed in the fit and finish of these pants. They are not comfortable and the fabric isn’t soft. Slim fit UTILITECH are the best pants ever and can’t believe they stopped selling them. Whoever made the decision to stop UTILITECH and go with this pant (probably to save money) should be fired. Lululemon is no longer my choice for pants and have to look on EBay for Utilitech pants. What a mistake to stop selling the UTILITECH pant. The new pants are 👎🏼

    Style and product features

    [Employee of lululemon] Not a fan of the straight leg slim fit look. I prefer a slightly tapered slim fit look which I feel is more premium and flattering. Previous purchases of ABC Utilitech 5-Pocket slim fit fit perfectly. But biggest disappointment is the slot pocket on the front right side. All previously purchased ABC pants, this pocket fits an iPhone perfectly. The same pocket on the Easy 5 pants is not easily accessible as the pocket opening is too high and is blocked by my belt. If I do manage to get my phone in it, the depth is half as deep as previous versions of the pocket and half of my phone sticks out of the top. The pocket is essentially useless for a phone.
