Find answers to your most pressing questions about our membership program.

lululemon Membership is our way of celebrating you. More than benefits, it’s about the feeling of community—and being part of something bigger. With levels based on yearly spend, the more you engage, the more you unlock. Members have from January 1 to December 31 to accumulate a yearly spend. Once the next level's minimum is reached, members upgrade to that level for the rest of the year and through to the end of the following year. Your membership account must be used at the time of purchase to qualify.

lululemon Membership is available to US and Canadian residents. Create an account for free on lululemon.com, the iOS version of the app, or in-store. All you need is your name and email address to sign up. Once you accept the Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, you're in.    If you already have a lululemon account, sign in at lululemon.com or on the lululemon App.     To get the best possible membership experience, download the lululemon App. Please note, the lululemon App is not currently available for Android users. 

lululemon Membership consists of the following levels:

Level 1 – Collective

  • Free to join.

Level 2 - Collective Plus

  • Unlocks at $500 in yearly spend.

Level 3 - Collective Pinnacle

  • Unlocks at $1000 in yearly spend.

Yearly spend includes lululemon merchandise purchases (net of discounts and returns) made at lululemon stores in the US and Canada and on the lululemon website and app.

Your membership account must be used at the time of purchase to count towards your yearly spend.  

Purchases of gift cards, purchases made on third party sites, taxes, shipping, and other fees do not count towards your yearly spend. 

Collective

At the first level of lululemon Membership you’ll have access to:

  • Partner Perks

  • Early Access to Product Drops

  • Exchange or Credit on Sale Items

  • Select Peloton Classes

  • Member-Only Experiences

  • Receipt-Free Returns

  • Free Hemming

Collective Plus

At the second level of membership, you’ll have access to all the benefits above, plus:

  • Exclusive Access to Products

  • Personal Shopper (Launching in early 2026)

Collective Pinnacle

At the third level of membership, you’ll have access to all the benefits above, plus:

  • First Access to Restocks (coming soon)

  • Complimentary Customization (currently US only)

You can check your current membership level and progress to your next level in the Membership Benefits Page online or on the lululemon App. 

Membership level status is based on your yearly spend from January 1 to December 31. If you reach a new level, you’ll upgrade to that status for the rest of the current year and all of the following year.

For example, if you qualify for Collective Plus in 2025, you’ll remain in Collective Plus until the end of 2026. After that, your level will be re-evaluated based on your spend in 2026. If your purchases don’t meet the Collective Plus minimum, your status will adjust accordingly on January 1, 2027.

This makes sure your level reflects your most recent activity and gives you enough time to enjoy the benefits you've earned.

Sign in online or on the lululemon App. You’ll find everything you need to manage your information in the Account Dashboard.

We're sad to see you go, but if you must, here's what you need to know.

You can leave lululemon Membership by submitting a request to delete your data in our Privacy Portal. This request means deleting your lululemon account, which includes your membership status, order history, saved addresses, and other account details.

If you're using the lululemon App on iOS, head to the Account tab, tap Help, then Manage Data, and select Privacy Portal to start the process.

Keep in mind that once your account is deleted, your membership and access to all the associated benefits will end because we cannot provide you a membership account without knowing who you are.
