I have 2 pairs of the License To Train Shorts with Liner (version 1) and love them despite 2-3 design choices that I didn't love. When the 2nd version of the License To Train (Updated Version) Shorts with Liner came out, lululemon fixed the 2-3 design choices that I didn't like but then created 2-3 new design problems for me. When the Unrestricted Power Shorts Lined came out, I read early reviews and liked what people said. They shared my views on the LTT Shorts versions 1 and 2, and they loved the newly released Unrestricted Power Short Lined. These are without a doubt, the best lululemon training shorts on the market with a compression liner! Some people complain about the lack of drawstring but these are shorts with a compression liner so if you are wearing your right size (the shorts fit True to Size), there is NEVER any need for a drawstring when you wear shorts with a built in compression liner. The shorts will never fall down. You're locked in tight. I have used these shorts 4-5 times for Olympic Weightlifting at my CrossFit gym and the fabric still looks brand new. There has been no wear and tear from the barbell abrasion on the shorts (which there is on LTT Shorts). Hats off to the lululemon team on making some amazing new workout shorts. These shorts and the Zeroed In Shorts are my new favourite go to shorts for workouts and casual wear.
