Great Mat
Really like this mat. It’s thick and sturdy with a smooth side and a textured side. It’s heavier than mats I’ve previous owned, but I’d definitely recommend purchasing

Amazing, enhanced my yoga practice
Has completely transformed my hot yoga practice. I used to use a mat with a lulu lemon towel to prevent my hands and feet from slipping, but would still find it hard to be completely stable as the towel always moved. I only use this new non slip mat - and it keeps me unbelievably stable, without the need of a towel. Works well even when my hands and feet are sweaty.
