Great non slip mat for hot yoga.

After going through a few cheap yoga mats that literally fell apart, I decided it was time to get one that would last and help me in Pilates class. Prowling around, I noticed that The New York Times celebrated the Lululemon pads, so I went right over to pick one up. I got a great help, they had exactly what I was looking for even though I didn’t know it, and it was a hit in the class.

Best mat ever ! Love it , I have tired many other brands , Lulu is by far my fav !

My go to mat - Always! especially good for hot classes

The 5mm mat has lasted me for 5 years and 700+ hot yoga classes. Absolutely worth the money.

This is, at least, my 4th 5mm lulu mat. They do lose their stickiness over time and with heavy use but it takes awhile. I just got my 4th mat in 13yrs The cushioning is perfect for hard floors but not so much as to make you unstable. The stickiness is essential to keep you from getting frustrated when trying to hold poses and these mats even work in hot yoga or hot yoga sculpt style classes. Just be sure to always roll it the same way it's rolled when you get it to avoid cracking it - i did that with my first mat bc i would roll it with the backside out which is opposite of how it comes and that didn't work out so well. Also, for my height (6') it would probably be recommended to get "The Big Mat" but - even with working out at home these days, I still don't want to deal with that massive mat (my husband uses one) - the regular is fine, IMO, even at my height.
