I appreciate this isn’t a behemoth sized bag. It’s just big enough to fit a change of work clothes, my work boots (ankle length), shower shoes, full size microfiber towel and hand towel, toiletries bag, lifting straps bag, and a quite large Dyson hair dryer travel bag with a full size Dyson hair dryer and straightening iron in it. I put my wallet and car keys in the outside pocket advertised to hold a water bottle - quick and easy to reach those essentials. I attached the Never Lost keychain to the exterior, and I have my gym barcode card and locker lock attached to that. It is FULL but not overfilled. I love the fabric and the slight texture it has that almost makes it look padded - not your typical heavy nylon fabric look. I also appreciate that the interior is fully lined, and that liner can be pulled out of the bag to spot clean as needed. I love that the change of clothes can be folded neatly and tucked on the bottom of the bag in the large, flat zipper compartment, thus kept away from potentially stinky or wet gym clothes and towels. The shoe compartment is cavernous because it fits both my boots and shower shoes with ease (for reference I wear size woman’s 9.5 / men’s 8). If I didn’t have such large boots then I’d have even more room in the interior. As it stands, I may look for a travel dryer that is a bit more compact, which would give me the option to fold down the “ears” and attach them to the bottom sides. The bag easily fits into the gym locker, big plus.

I love the size, it's a perfect size for a casual gym goer. I don't bring equipment for my workouts, just basic toiletries and clothes that I need to wear to work after the gym. I was looking for a bag with a shoe compartment, and love the flat storage area for the clothes. It comes with a sweaty-clothes bag. There isn't a zipper compartment inside, so for small items I still use a separate small zipper-bag organizer

Absolutely love the bag. Webbing pockets inside work for backpack or strap. I always use the strap. I find it super comfortable on my shoulder, stable even without that extra padding I have had. I really like the strap. Bag fits everything I need. A+ for sure. I had previously tried the 30L, this bag is far superior.

Lulu please sell the inside bag! I’ll buy 10 of them!
