Gift Card Fraud and Scams Support

If you’re the victim of a scam, stop all communication and contact your local law enforcement. If you think you’re the victim of a scam involving lululemon Gift Cards, contact us immediately. 

lululemon Gift Cards can only be used for purchases made directly at a lululemon store or online through our website or app. For more, see our Gift Card Terms of Use.

Don’t share your gift card number or PIN with anyone you don’t know or trust—especially online. Once scammers have access to your gift card details, the funds can be redeemed immediately, before you can contact law enforcement or our Guest Education Centre (GEC).

• Repayment of public or private debts  

• Bills (utilities, debt collections, hospital bills, etc.) 

• Tech or IT support services  

• Products from other retailers 

• Government agency fees (taxes, immigration, etc.) 

• Judicial services (bail, court judgments, etc.) 

• Financial penalties or fines  

If someone asks you to purchase lululemon Gift Cards for these purposes, you may be the target of a scam. 

Scammers often try to build your trust, show interest in you, pressure you into making a purchase, or otherwise deceive you. Scammers often use similar tactics: 

• Unsolicited calls, text messages, emails, or messages on social media 

• Creating a sense of urgency, panic, or fear 

• Asking you to buy gift cards as payment, financial assistance, or a gift 

• Giving step-by-step instructions to buy gift cards from a lululemon store or from an authorized third-party retailer, even providing the specific address 

• Demanding the gift card number and PIN immediately after purchase

Before buying a gift card from lululemon or an authorized third-party retailer, check for tampering. 

• Look for damaged packaging—the protective wrap should be fully intact 

• The gift card number and PIN should be hidden 

If something seems wrong, don’t purchase the gift card. Select a different gift card and alert store staff.

Don’t buy lululemon gift cards from: 

• Social media marketplaces 

• Gift card resellers  

• Non-authorized gift card marketplaces  

lululemon can’t support you if you purchase a gift card from any third-party retailer (authorized or unauthorized). Please connect with the retailer that the card was purchased from if you experience an issue.

Remember: lululemon doesn’t protect your gift card balance. You’re responsible for keeping your gift card information secure. Never share your gift card number or PIN with anyone. If you suspect a scam, stop all communication immediately and contact your local law enforcement agency.
