One of My Best Purchases
I found this while looking up which foam roller Jennie from BLACKPINK uses, and it turned out to be one of my best purchases. The outer roller is great for larger areas, while the smaller one inside works beautifully on my inner arms. It feels firmer and more substantial than the rollers I have used at the gym. The quality really stands out. So glad I bought it!

I swim, do cardio and weight training every day. I always stretch and use a foam roller at the end of the day. This is THE one! It just hits the spots and deeply relaxes my muscles. HIGHLY recommend it!
