    I am a Physiotherapist and bought this set for a patient with chronic neck and low back pain. She uses them daily and has reported significant improvement in her pain. The different textures and sizes are great for various areas and the mesh bag is great to keep everything together.

    These balls are worth the price

    The recover ball set is a life changer. A friend introduced me to it. They are easy to use, transport, and very effective when you need a particular muscle massaged but you cant reach it and your alone. Would highly recommend.
