Hemming

With lululemon Membership, you can get your gear hemmed for free in store, no tags or receipts required (excluding outlets and select locations). To ensure a store near you has the hemming service available, use our store locator and filter by “hemming.”  

Please note that not all stores have an in-house hemming service, and may send your hemming to a third-party company. Some stores offer minor repairs (holes, zippers, etc.) and it may be best to call the store to confirm.  

How does it work?

  • Try on the top/bottom you’d like hemmed, and an educator will pin the hem exactly where you’d like it to fall 

  • Our hemmers will hem the item where it’s been pinned 

  • Your hemming will be ready for pickup within 5 business days (up to 7 business days at pop up stores) 

Tips to make your experience seamless:

  • We can only hem items that are clean and in their original state, and haven’t been altered —we may refuse service if the item isn't clean or doesn't meet quality standards  

  • If you're having pants hemmed, bring in a pair of shoes you want to wear with them so we can get the length just right 

  • We may not be able to hem products with special features (think cuffs, thumbholes, zippers, buttons, and drawcords) 

  • Bring your government ID or confirmation email with you when you pick up your hemming 

When can I pick it up?

  • We’ll email you when your hemming is ready for pickup 

  • Any hemming that hasn’t been collected within 6 months of the pickup date will be reused or recycled, or sent to a waste-to-energy facility 

  • We’ll email you sixty days before your item is set to be reused or recycled so you have time to collect it
