Cancel Order

An order can be cancelled within 50 minutes of it being placed. If you're unable to cancel your items or order within the cancellation window, you can start a return (subject to our Return Policy) once your order arrives.    If you didn’t cancel your order and you're wondering why it was cancelled, visit the Cancelled Order page. 

Members

If you placed your order within the last 50 minutes using your lululemon account:

  1. Click on the order you’d like to fully or partially cancel

  2. Click the Manage Order button found below your item(s)

  3. If your item(s) are eligible for cancellation follow the steps on this page

Please note, gift cards aren’t eligible for cancellation.

  Non-Members

If you don’t have a lululemon account or weren’t signed into your account, and your order was placed within the last 50 minutes, contact us by phone or Live Chat during operating hours to cancel your order.

Members can cancel orders through their accounts. Join lululemon Membership to access this self-service feature on future orders.
