I like this as an alternative to my regular yoga strap. This works well when not in class (when I'm not warmed up). The loops give you options so you can hit different stretch goals!

Really nice stretch strap!

I take this to work and workout stretch at my desk or standing. It’s amazing! I can work out and stretch out my painful legs and arms in all directions. I’m 5’6 and the band is good for full length legs and arms.

This is a really nice fitness accessory. The strap rolls up small, and I stash it in my laptop bag whenever I travel. I also use it around the house regularly. Compared to a traditional yoga strap, this one has just a little bit of give, which I really like. The built-in loops make it easy to get a secure grip, especially for hamstring and shoulder stretches. It’s simple, seems durable, and is a great tool to have on hand.

I like that this is a simple black strap with no garish design or logos. This is sturdy, provides multiple areas to latch onto, and can be used for achilles tendon stretching.
