Just what I was looking for!
I saw this and it was just what I was looking for. We have very strong wind and everything cuts through. I walk my dogs 3 times a day and this is going to make the windy and rainy days bearable! I would say size up if you plan to layer at all. It is all preference. So glad the store had these where they caught my eye.
