I haven’t used it yet but I like the look so far. I tested it and put some items inside. It’s perfect for my petite frame. I think it’s functional and has everything that I need. Regarding the side pockets for water bottle, a 500ml bottle fits perfect in it. Anything bigger than that would be awkward. I highly recommend this bag to those with short torso.

I bought the old version of this bag which didn’t know whether it was a trendy daily carry or a casual hiking bag (17L as opposed to 10L). Since then, I have found it is the perfect day pack, and it has come with me to some of the most beautiful places in the US and have I have thrown some incredibly difficult situations at it and it handled everything. This version looks like it’s catered to hiking/running, so it might be even better then the one I had, only you can tell.

The perfect suze to carry .y essentials for any sport or occasion. I tend to overpack so this is great in helping me keep just the essentials close by. Love all the little extras. The side straps help secure a tall water bottle. I can clip my keys in so I know they won't be falling out. I can add a bladder if need be. I love that it's super light wight and comfortable all at the same time.
