Canada Post Shipping Delays
We're experiencing delays with orders shipped by Canada Post due to the potential strike. If your order is shipping by Canada Post, we'll attempt to ship it with another courier. If it can't be shipped, your order may be cancelled.
If you're wondering whether your order will ship with Canada Post, please use our website. You’ll notice a pop-up during checkout (pop-up isn’t available on our app) if your order is shipping with Canada Post. If that’s the case, we'd recommend placing an order with an alternative address shipping with another courier if that's available to you. If you don't see the pop-up during checkout, your order won't be affected by the delays. If you live near a store, check out our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store option. We can't update a Canada Post shipping address once the order is placed.
