Where can I redeem my Gift Card?(Click to Expand)

You can redeem your Gift Card both in-store and online.

In-store: Present your physical Gift Card, eGift card, Gift Card barcode in the lululemon App, or Gift Card barcode in your Apple Wallet when checking out.

Online: Add your Gift Card as a payment option when checking out to apply to your purchase.

How do I add my Gift Card to my lululemon profile?(Click to Expand)

Adding your Gift Card to your profile is easy and saves the balance to your account for future purchases on lululemon.com or the lululemon App. You can add both e-gift cards and physical Gift Cards to your lululemon profile with a few simple steps:

1. Open the lululemon App and log in

2. Open the menu by pressing the three lines in the upper left hand side

3. Select “payments” > “Gift Cards"

4. Push the “(+)” button and input the new gift card number and PIN

Now you’re all set to use your Gift Card online at checkout, or in store by clicking on the Gift Card and scanning the barcode that populates on your device.

How can I check my lululemon Gift Card balance?(Click to Expand)

Here are a few easy ways:

Scroll up on this page to the Check your balance module. Enter your gift card number (without spaces) and PIN to check your balance.
If your Gift Card is loaded on your profile go to lululemon.com and navigate to “My Account – Profile,” then scroll down to check your balance.
View your balance when checking out on lululemon.com or on the lululemon App.
An educator can check your balance in store.

Do Gift Cards expire?(Click to Expand)

No. lululemon Gift Cards have no expiry date.

I lost my Gift Card, what should I do?(Click to Expand)

We can’t replace them if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission (even on your lululemon account). Gift Cards should be treated like cash.

How can I add my lululemon Gift Card to my Apple Wallet?(Click to Expand)

Add your Gift Card to your Apple Wallet on your iPhone by logging into the lululemon App and tapping Account – Payments – Gift Cards – Add to Apple Wallet.

You can also tap the Gift Card balance badge in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen and click Add to Apple Wallet.

Where can I find my Gift Card in the lululemon app?(Click to Expand)

If the Gift Card is loaded in your lululemon profile, a balance badge should appear in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen. To redeem your Gift Card in store, simply tap on the icon to pull up a bar code for your Gift Card.

If I don’t have enough money on the Gift Card to cover my online purchase, can I combine it with other payment methods?(Click to Expand)

Yes. You can combine Gift Cards with credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay on the lululemon App.

On lululemon.com, go to My Account – Profile – Gift Cards – Remove.

On the lululemon App, go to Account – Payments – Gift Cards – Remove this card.
