We’re excited to offer 15% off to First Responders including firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, EMTs, and nurses and doctors.

Drum roll, please. Your 15% off applies on purchases online and in-store. It's valid on lululemon gear only for yourself though, including regular-price, We Made Too Much, lululemon lab, and selfcare. It’s not valid for gear on the lululemon Like New website, purchases of lululemon gift cards or e-gift cards, in combination with other promotions, or for gifting or resale. Discount cannot be used in combination with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal for online transactions. Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted forms of payment for online transactions in combination with the First Responders discount. Gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal cannot be used in combination with the discount for online transactions. Gift cards can be used in combination with your discount at any of our stores. Click “Get Verified” to get started with SheerID, whom we’ve partnered with to help make verification easy and secure. Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive an email from SheerID within a few minutes. If your verification is successful, congrats! Your 15% off is officially good to go. When you verify through SheerID, use the form from the country that’s shown on your ID. After you’re verified, you can shop on either the Canada or US lululemon website.

You can shop with your 15% off online and in-store as soon as you receive your confirmation email.

More than once, and more than twice! There’s no limit to the number of times you can use your 15% off. Technically this is subject to change, but you can see Military and First Responders Terms and Conditions here.

No, your 15% off is only for you. If you’re shopping online for other people, we ask that you switch your 15% off to “off” at checkout. Misuse of your 15% off could lead to removal from the program.

Quite easily. Sign in to your lululemon account using our website or app (iOS). (Hint: it’s in the top-right corner of this page.) Make sure you’re using the same account you used to verify as a first responder and check that the 15% off toggle at checkout is turned on. Your 15% off will apply automatically. Discount cannot be used in combination with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal for online transactions.

After you’ve verified online, ask a lululemon educator in-store to apply your 15% off at checkout. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID.

The 15% off Military and First Responders benefit cannot be combined with other discounts.

No, your 15% off is only valid in the moment and does not apply to previous purchases, either online or in-store.

It’s the same as usual. If you’re having second thoughts about your gear, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it, unless you purchased them from We Made Too Much—those sales are final. Check out our full return policy here.
