Program Discount Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble applying your discount online, follow the troubleshooting steps:
When at the checkout screen, click the “back” button on your browser/app and click “checkout” again
Clear your cache and cookies
Sign out and then back in to your account
If you’re using the lululemon app, make sure your phone system and app are up to date
If you’re on a browser, use Google Chrome
More tips:
If your discount has a toggle box, you should see a toggle that you’re able to turn on/off during checkout
Make sure there aren’t markdown items in your cart
Use a credit card or ApplePay
