Program Discount Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble applying your discount online, follow the troubleshooting steps:  

  • When at the checkout screen, click the “back” button on your browser/app and click “checkout” again 

  • Clear your cache and cookies 

  • Sign out and then back in to your account 

  • If you’re using the lululemon app, make sure your phone system and app are up to date 

  • If you’re on a browser, use Google Chrome 

More tips:  

  • If your discount has a toggle box, you should see a toggle that you’re able to turn on/off during checkout 

  • Make sure there aren’t markdown items in your cart  

  • Use a credit card or ApplePay 

If you’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps above and still aren’t able to place your order with your discount, contact us for support.
