Discount Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble applying a discount you’ve received, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Use a desktop computer or laptop with Google Chrome and delete all cache and cookies
Sign in to your lululemon account
Click on the link provided in the email and your discount will automatically apply at checkout (it’s not a promo code you enter manually)
Double-check the limit in the email, including excluded items for your discount to apply
In some cases, the discount will show after entering your shipping/billing details and address (right before checkout)
If the steps above still haven’t solved the error, try to copy and paste the link into an incognito Chrome browser
