What are the best workout leggings?

You want leggings that support you as you sweat and move. Snug but unrestrictive, you should be able to move and groove while still being held in. Do a squat test to find leggings that hug you in all the right places.

Leggings should stay put no matter what you’re doing: squats, deadlifts, or inversions. Make sure to get the right size so you don’t have to pull them up mid-workout.
