What is Military and First Responders?

We’re grateful every day for those who serve our country and keep us safe and healthy. In honour of your support, we offer 15% off to Military members and First Responders in Canada.

Military includes all active, reservist, veteran and retired military personnel. First Responders include firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, EMT’s, medical doctors, and licensed nurses.

How to apply

To receive the 15% off, you’ll need to visit our Military and First Responder page and click the “get verified” button. You’ll need to sign in to your lululemon account or create a new one to start the process. You’ll then be asked to verify your eligibility through a digital verification system with our third-party company, SheerID.

Discount Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble applying your 15% off using the toggle online, follow these troubleshooting steps:  

  • When at the checkout screen, click the “back” button on your browser/app and click “checkout” again 

  • Clear your cache and cookies 

  • Sign out and then back in to your account 

  • If you’re using the lululemon app, make sure your phone system and app are up to date 

  • If you’re on a browser, use Google Chrome 

More tips:  

  • You should see a toggle that you’re able to turn on/off during checkout 

  • Make sure there aren’t markdown items in your cart  

  • Use a credit card or ApplePay
