Incorrect Email Address

We’re unable to make updates to an email address after the order has been placed. If you’ve placed your order with the wrong email address, and you were able to view the email address and the order number after you placed it, you can still use the incorrect email to track your order.

If you’re unsure what email address you used to place your order, you can contact us for support locating your order. We can’t update email addresses on existing orders.  

To make sure your order is placed with the correct email address, we recommend signing up for a free lululemon Membership account, and always signing into your account before you place an order.
