Buy Online, Pick Up in Store
How it Works
We offer a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store experience at select stores. Here’s what you need to know:
Choose your item, select the store for pick up, then click “Buy Online, Pick Up in Store” when you check out
Wait until you get the pickup email before heading to the store—you’ll find information for pickup (like store hours)
Payment Charge
You’ll notice a pre-authorization on your credit card when you place your order online. The payment won’t be processed until you pick up your order. If you decide not to pick up your order, it’ll automatically be cancelled and the pre-authorization will drop in 7-10 business days.
Order Pick Up
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. You’ll need a piece of government ID that matches the name on your order, or you can show the confirmation email in store. If you’re sending a friend to pick up, make sure they have a copy of the email.
Pick Up Timing
You’ll have until the store closes the following day to pick up your order. A specific date will be listed in the email or on the Purchase Details page—be sure to double-check the store’s hours of operation. Your order will be cancelled if you don’t pick it up within the specified pick-up window.
Change or Cancel Order
Orders can’t be edited once they’ve been placed, but you can cancel your order anytime by giving the store a call at the number listed in your pick-up email. Your order will also be cancelled automatically if you haven’t picked it up by the date listed in the email.
Returns
Items purchased online and picked up in a store are subject to the same Return Policy as all other lululemon products.
