Who’s eligible to be part of lululemon Sweat Collective?
We want to ensure all who are part of Sweat Collective meet our official eligibility requirements so we can better support leaders at work in their communities. To qualify for the Sweat Collective program, you must currently be active in coaching, and/or leading adults (18 years of age or older) in one of the following areas and have approved supporting documentation showing you meet the eligibility requirements.
Group Fitness Instructors/Personal Trainers Eligible instructors include group fitness, and studio instructors of adult participants. Proof of documentation may include current pay stub, employee profile, work schedule, organization webpage, etc.
Self-Employed Personal Trainers Eligible trainers include those who train adults independently, and at gyms and private studios as self-employed contractors. Proof of documentation may include a training certificate or diploma.
Studio/Gym Owners or Managers Eligible owners or managers include those who work in fitness spaces with a single location, or multiple franchises. Proof of documentation may include current pay stub, employee profile, work schedule, organization webpage, etc.
Athletes Eligible athletes include those that compete at the Professional, University/College (excluding NCAA) or National/International level and must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of documentation may include your online profile from your team or organization's website.
Coaches Eligible coaches include professional run club coaches and those who coach/assistant coach teams at the Professional, University/College or National/International level of athletes who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of documentation may include your online profile from your team or organization's website.
Team Staff Eligible team staff include team manager, strength and conditioning coach or athletic trainer of teams at the Professional, University/College or National/International level of athletes who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of documentation may include your online profile from your team or organization's website.

What do I get for being a part of lululemon Sweat Collective?
Enjoy 25% off* regular-priced lululemon gear when shopping for yourself online, in-store, and on app (iOS) in North America.
You’ll get invites to Sweat Collective-only events, the latest information on product innovation, and lululemon updates.
As active leaders in your community, we look to you for feedback on how we can improve designs and make our gear better.
Can I use my Sweat Collective benefit on Markdowns or WMTM?
Starting on April 24, 2023, your Sweat Collective discount can be used on regular-priced product only. We occasionally make updates to Sweat Collective based on the intention of the program and encourage our leaders in sweat to use their Sweat Collective benefit to shop and wear test our latest gear and product drops.
What are my payment options with the Sweat Collective discount?
Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted forms of payment for online transactions in combination with the Sweat Collective discount. Gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal cannot be used in combination with the discount for online transactions. Gift cards can be used in combination with your discount at any of our stores. How will I hear about Sweat Collective offerings?
Make sure you’ve opted in to receive lululemon emails to hear about all these offerings. You can check the box to receive emails during your application process or anytime while logged into your lululemon account – look for Product Notification emails in the Communications section.
How do I apply?
First, check your eligibility above. If you’re eligible, go here and click “Apply Now” to get started with the application through SheerID, whom we’ve partnered with to help make verification easy and secure.
Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive an email from SheerID within 5 minutes to 1 hour of your submission. If your verification is successful, welcome. Your 25% off* lululemon will be available instantly. If your verification is not successful, you may need to submit some additional information. To learn more about SheerID, click here.
What is SheerID?
SheerID is our third-party verification service, whom we’ve partnered with to help make verification easy and secure. You’ll get an email from them once you get started. To learn more about SheerID, click here.
What documents do I need for verification?
Required documentation varies based on the type of activity you lead. Our SheerID verification system will only request applicable documentation which must show that you are currently coaching and/or leading adults, including current professional profile from your team or organization’s website, training certifications, and government ID, etc.
How long will it take to get verified?
Can I apply for lululemon Sweat Collective in store?
To join Sweat Collective, you will need to be verified online via our integrated SheerID digital verification system.
How often do I need to renew my Sweat Collective membership?
You will be prompted to renew your membership every year. We’ll email you when the time comes. There's no limit to the number of times your status can be renewed. As long as you continue to meet our eligibility criteria, we want you to be a part of Sweat Collective.
What does my 25% off* apply to?
Your 25% off* lululemon products applies to regular-priced product purchases online and in-store, and on app (iOS) in North America. It's valid on lululemon gear purchased only for yourself on our North America website or across North American stores. It's not valid on products on markdown (including but not limited to "We Made Too Much", and on promotional offers during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, and Warehouse Sales, or any other discounts or promotions, or in our Outlet locations), gift cards, e-gift cards, in combination with other promotions, programs, and not to be used for gifting or resale. Additional exclusions may apply. Discount cannot be used in combination with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal for online transactions. See Sweat Collective Terms here.
Can I share my discount?
Your 25% off* is only for you. If you’re shopping online for other people, we ask that you switch your ‘25% off’ toggle to “off” at checkout. Products purchased using your benefit cannot be gifted or resold. Misuse of your 25% off* could lead to your permanent removal from the program. See the full Sweat Collective Terms here.
When can I start using my 25% off*?
You can shop with your 25% off* lululemon products online and in-store as soon as you receive your confirmation email. Your Sweat Collective badge will appear automatically in your account once you’ve been verified.
How do I sign into my lululemon account?
Click the “Sign In” link in the top-right corner of this website. Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to get verified.
Can I use my discount in-store and online?
We welcome you to use your 25% off* lululemon products both online and in-store. To use the 25% off* online, sign into the same account you used to get verified. As soon as the Sweat Collective badge appears on your account profile, your benefit is ready to use. Before checkout on the "at checkout" page, make sure your '25% off' toggle is turned on. Note: discount cannot be used in combination with gift cards, Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal for online transactions. To use the 25% off* in-store, make sure you've been verified online prior to shopping, and let one of our Educators in-store know you're a part of Sweat Collective. Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID.
Can the 25% off be used with other discounts?
The 25% off Sweat Collective benefit cannot be combined with other discounts.
Can I return things that I buy with my 25% off*?
Absolutely. If you’re having second thoughts about your gear, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Check out our full return policy here.
Can I apply my 25% off* to gear I’ve already purchased?
No, your 25% off* lululemon products is only valid in the moment and does not apply to previous purchases, either online or in-store.
Why am I not getting my lululemon Sweat Collective emails?
To receive emails about exclusive Sweat Collective offerings, make sure you’re opted into lululemon email communications within your lululemon account. Look for Product Notifications in the Communications section of your profile.

Make sure you're logged into the lululemon.com account using the email address you used when registering for Sweat Collective.
It's important that you sign in before adding any items to your cart so the ‘25% off’ toggle applies at checkout, allowing you to use your benefit.
Make sure you don't have any gift cards in your cart, as they are not eligible to be used with your Sweat Collective benefit.
We suggest using Google Chrome for the best checkout experience.
