Rated 5 out of 5 by Ilocanuck from Rapha, anyone? Love this short as they are comfortable and comparable with Rapha shorts which are way more expensive!

Rated 1 out of 5 by imflorida from Ehhh I bought these after buying and enjoying a number of your products. These shorts were to replace a pair of Izumi bike shorts that I bought at an outlet some time ago. I have to say that I was greatly disappointed in just about every aspect of the product. the waist cut is too low, the padding seemed like it would be awesome on those 50 mile + rides but it seems to have flattened out. Needless to say I am moving on from this product and feel like I wasted a lot of money with which I could have bought at least 2 pair elsewhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by g4m13 from Good for a first I got these specifically for indoor training as I was looking at some non-bib shorts for that (without any wind, riding without bib straps is really the better experience). My sessions normally last between 60 and 150 minutes and are supposed to be all seated (no spin classes, indoor cycling on an actual bike on a resistance trainer) and while they are probably not the best cycling shorts that I own, I definitely like them. The chamois has some room for improvement, e.g. more / better adopted zones for support that other brands have introduced over the years, but the size / placing strategy is decent and given that this is Lululemon's first line of men's cycling gear, they are amazing. The blingy reflectors are discussable (though they

Rated 5 out of 5 by pnb2002 from Great for spin classes! I go to spin classes 3-4 times a week, and was looking for a pair of padded shorts. I really like how it's low rise (but won't show your crack while riding). And the padding is very generous, which was perfect for me (but may be a con for other folks). Overall, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cycl3fr3ak from poor quality....seams coming undone I bought these short back in Sept 2015 and have worn them about 4 times. Since then, some of the seams are coming undone. I have cycling shorts from other bands that have lasted longer than this. Very disappointing. Not sure if I would give these another chance if they came out with a 2.0.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JimmyD27 from Wow, just awesome! So I"m an older guy that still thinks he's a teenager and have had numerous pairs of cycling shorts from just about everybody over the years! I had heard nothing but positive comments about these shorts from fellow cyclists and bought a pair at the outlet near me. First ride out of 18km, at the end I truly could say I felt like I hadn't ridden at all. No pain, no riding up of the legs, no pinches and a wonderful ride! I was so impressed that on the return leg of our ride, I called the outlet and had another pair shipped! Absolutely the best pair of bike shorts i've ever owned, now for the ladies lulu?

Rated 5 out of 5 by EpikspinnerSimon from Must read review These shorts are awesome. I love the low rose front with a very generous high rise in the back - does not show the crack, even with a mid length top/tank and forward position on the bike. I am a Spin instructor and want comfort, coverage and performance. Chamoix is a little tough to start, but super comfortable for long rides and softens. Worse thing you could do with these shorts is wear underwear. Super comfortable and feel confident in them. I usually struggle with room in the front, a little snug but can work the 'boys' into a very comfortable situation. Fabric is great, follow care instructions to make sure they last. Have ordered more of the same!!!!!. Had so many compliments from clients and other instructors. Best value and performance cycle short you will find. Great job LuLu.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bronco from worn for Challenge Penticton great bike shorts, I have tried various brands, including DHb. Lululemon are as good or better. I wore them last week for challenge Penticton full distance individual and kept me comfortable for the nearly 7 hours i was riding. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of bike shorts

Rated 1 out of 5 by dudesicle from low rise? wth? felt like a nice padded short, but the low sitting waistline means that (1) when worn as they should be - without underwear - your a-crack will be hanging out when you're in the drops on a road bike and (2) there'll be a gap between the shorts and your choice of riding jersey. Lastly, I know lululemon likes the oversized wide waistband, but it's simply not functional and a tad uncomfortable on a pair of cycling shorts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by igillott from Sea to Sky shorts are excellent I wore the cycling shorts on Saturday for the first time - they are excellent! I rode 45 miles of hills on my mountain bike - no issues at all. They fit very well and there is no rubbing or chaffing at all - on some shorts, if there is a rough seam, it will rub and gets painful after a few hours. And it can be in an inconvenient place!!! But the Lululemon shorts are great. I also like the fabric and the 'breathable' sections on the side - I did not get too hot. Again, this is a problem with other shorts that use the same material all around - you want support and strength on the seat, but not at the sides. The Lululemon shorts have this. The chamois (chammy) is also very good - plenty of breathing holes and ventilation. I did not notice any moisture buildup or a 'soggy' feeling. I usually wear Pearl Izumi or Sugoi (which are falling apart - will not buy another pair). One note is that the Lululemon shorts have a slightly different cut to 'regular' bike shorts - they are a little shorter in the leg (probably half an inch) but are noticeably lower in the waist. The Pearl Izumis come up higher on my waist - the Lululemon are about an inch or so lower. Not a problem - again, less contact area means less opportunity for chaffing. But worth pointing out to a new customer. Finally, when I got home I jumped in the pool - the shorts felt good wet as well and did not get 'baggy' or drag in the water. I would recommend these for anyone who is doing a triathlon - swim first them hop on the bike with no issues. I am going to ride in them again this week (twice) and will also wear them on the mountain bike race in Colorado next week.
