    HORRIBLE

    I have shopped her for over 10 years. This if the first time this company has disappointede me, and I will no longer be shopping here. I ordered these shoes, Lulu lemon said my package had arrived, bit it was not outside my door. I filed a claim, and they told me I was insignias for a refund. After calling, bring on hold twice for 30 mins, I was told I was still ineligible for a refund, but they could not tell me why. I am in the process of emailing their customer service support but waiting.
