Rated 5 out of 5 by Pseudojag from Great Bag – Zipper R.I.P. I loved this bag: it was everything I ever wanted in a travel bag... but less than 3 years after purchasing it, the laptop-compartment zipper has broken and I am saddened. Not only by the lack of durability, but also because this bag doesn't seem to be available for purchase, anymore. Please. Help. Someone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kk357 from I used this backpack for 4 years ! BUT ZIPPER DIED I am not the most organized person but this backpack kept me organized! I used the front pockets for my earphones, and lotion and different school supplies. There are two pockets on either side so I could easily store my water bottles and phone and keys. Everytime I was walking somewhere, I could grab my keys or water bottle without having to bring my backpack to my front. The insides are also really nice and they have a separate compartment for laptops. All in all, this backpack was amazing EXCEPT recently, the zipper broke. I had someone fix it for me but it broke again. I asked the people in the stores and they said they couldn't help me. I just looked online for 2 hours and couldn't find the same design. I thought I could trust Lululemon for repairs (I would be wiling to pay for it) but I was wrong .

Rated 2 out of 5 by AvidRunningG from Loved the backpack, but broken zipper The backpack is great, lots of compartment, perfect size for my use for school, sports, gym, hiking, the outdoors etc. However, about 2 cm of the zipper track on the main compartment broke, and I can't zip up the backpack anymore. Other than that, everything else is almost in perfect condition on the backpack. I contacted online customer support who recommended I visit a lululemon store. I was informed by the staff member and also the manager that they do not repair backpacks and could not help me. Furthermore, as they do not make the backpack anymore, they suggested I go to the "stitch it" in the mall, who too informed me they are unable to fix it. I'm quite disappointed from this and always thought I could trust the promise of quality from lululemon. Unfortunately to my disappointment this didn't end up being the case for this product. Unfortunately, after the hefty price on this bag, which I thought was worth investing in, I am off to finding a replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BackpackUser from Great backpack BUT I love the look of this backpack. I have used it for my travels, school, and almost any use possible. it is comfortable and a great utility bag. BUT The strap started to rip after not many uses at all. I was abroad so could not get it fixed and thought a small tear wouldn't bother me. Now the straps are REALLY tearing and the store does not sell this backpack. Hopefully the store will be able to fix it, i really love this bag and spent a pretty penny on it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by RobinT from Best Backpack I didn't think that I would love this backpack as much as I do, but quite frankly its the best backpack I have ever owned. Light, comfortable and with plenty of specialized compartments. I love the re-enforced glasses case (Although its a little big) and the laptop and tablet compartment. Alas, my bag is starting to fall apart. I heard a loud tearing sound the other day from the strap when I went to pick it up. The material around the zippers has degraded too. I would love to give this 5 stars, and I was close, but the wear on the bag is a shame

Rated 2 out of 5 by heykp from Functional bag but unfortunate quality issue I love this bag, but unfortunately I've had the same issue as many others who have left reviews... the zipper on the laptop compartment broke (shattered actually) after only being used a couple dozen times. The bag has 3 types of zippers on it - some look to be better than others so I am not sure why the good ones weren't used on the whole bag!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Lasse from My all-time fav EDC, falling apart! I was stoked on this backpack from the moment I received it, Everything has its own place, there is even a pocket perfect for essential oils :) It takes both my 13 and 15" macbook, my kindle and all sorts of gadgets, gym clothes and groceries. Comfort is great, The ony thing missing is a detachable hip-strap for those sudden sprints. After a few months though, this great backpack started to fall apart. First the handles for the zippers, then the loop they attach to, then one of the main zippers busted (I can still zip the other one all the way across) and the straps started to tear from one side at the top. It would be great if this was just my backpack, but checking this site today, it appears that a lot of people are having these problems. I wish it was more durable so I could continue to use it, but when the straps or the final zipper goes, I'm afraid that is no longer possible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by emmaelise from Poor Quality I am a design student attending university this year. I decided to buy this backpack because it suited all my needs. It was high quality, (or so I thought) It had lots of small pockets for all my drafting supplies, had a spot for my laptop, and It could fit my drawing tablet and sketchbook comfortably inside. Before long, the zippers began to break and the straps of the backpack started to tear off from the body. I'm definitely not impressed. As a student, I don't have money to waste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by defalco from Cruiser backpack zipper broken off The zipper pull and hinge where my small notebook pc is stored broke off, the head is still on the teeth. We have purchased several of these cruiser bags for family in addition to many other gym, beach, and weekend bags so it seems to be a design issue that should be more rigid and repeatable. I noticed this zipper issue with the cruiser seems to be common. Does Lulu repair this zipper as the bag is no longer in stock to replace and it should be an easy fix - its a black camo poly one. The bag is in excellent condition, but need a working zipper.
