Rated 3 out of 5 by BelleoftheBarre from Awesome yet sad I love this backpack! It's small size with compartments allows for great storage. Sadly, I've only had it a few months and the left side shoulder strap has almost completely frayed and is falling apart. I am so disappointed in this product. It had the potential to be great but apparently just isn't made well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SBlaze from Petite backpack...worth every penny If you're looking for a small backpack in size, but actually fits a lot...this is YOUR back pack. I have this one and the Go Lightly backpack. This I use for walks to the gym, hikes, bike rides, etc. it even fits some clothing for my shower after. Super functional and just overall lovely. Be carefully with the bottom straps, if you're not paying attention when you undue them you can make them lose and come out of place. But if you know this going into it. You will be aware and never lose them like others have. Great great bag, I have the red/pink colored one, with design.

Rated 2 out of 5 by flowsona from Great look, shoddy construction Honestly the cutest bag I've ever gotten. I really loved how this bag fit me, despite my broad shoulders. The storage space is really great for my short, daily commutes to and from work. The water pack pocket in the back was a big reason I bought it -- I'd recommend a 1.5-2L for anyone who wants to use it. I had only used the bag three times, but on the top of the bag where the straps connect, there was a hole about 2 inches big. It's really disappointing because I have loved all the other lulu I've gotten so far.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jennsrun from Front pockets for bottles? Need to add front pockets for water and possibly more stuff, same as serious running packs. If you have to stop and take out your bottle to drink, kinda miss the purpose... no? other than that it's OK, although too heavy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ATLfit from Love the backpack, but.... I read all of the reviews and thought there's no way this bags still having the same issue! Just as all of the reviewers warned my bottom commuter straps fell off too, while I was on a trip in maui :( ! Lulu, I wish you would fix this problem because it's reoccurring so often. Everything else about this backpack I adore!

Rated 5 out of 5 by FreedomHelper from Can the loop be added back to the inside for HPN "tubies"? My wife LOVES this backpack! It is the only one on the planet that exists and has offered her the freedom to get her home paternal nutrition (HPN) on the road with some level of comfort (thank you!). The newest model of this backpack no longer has a loop on the top/inside portion of the bag... the loop was replaced with a leather badge, but no longer provides the same functionality. Is there any way to add the loop back into the bag design? Or to at least purchase any remaining bags with this feature? Thank you for offering a product that helps others in ways many cannot imagine!

Rated 3 out of 5 by skess93 from Great bag, minor issues I bought this bag about 2 months ago, and I absolutely have loved using it as my gym bag. I wanted a breathable, light bag to take with me to the gym. I also really wanted to be able to run there if I needed to and have it securely to my body. This bag performed all of those duties, except there was one big issue: the bottom straps did not stay on securely and subsequently I lost one of those straps in daily use after only a week. Now, I can only secure the top which makes it extremely difficult to run with. I really love the bag, but you have to be conscious of the straps. Overall, great purchase. Just be mindful of all the pieces!

Rated 2 out of 5 by OneShot from Quality I bought this pack because it is small enough, yet holds a laptop for work. I used it daily for about 2 months and then noticed the fabric on the corners had begun to tear. This is a pack I've used to go to and from work, not something I toss around hiking or outdoors. I'm super dissatisfied with the quality of the fabric and that a $138 pack is already not usable. The store wouldn't take it back, so I reluctantly purchased a new one- the bigger pack that doubles as a shoulder bag. The fabric on that seems more sturdy and I hope it lasts longer than 2 months. If you plan on using this hiking, or outdoors I'd be cautious of the fabric wearing thin on the bottom. Expected higher quality from Lulu.

Rated 2 out of 5 by THobbes from So cute but not great quality I have to say this is the first time I've found it necessary to review a LLL item. I was really excited about an urban useful backpack but the fabric is not great quality. I have the black one and if something rubs it wrong it stains and smudges - not removable. Quite disappointed for $118... Also, I think this was mentioned but the straps are too short, so if you're taller, it sits way to high up on your back. I got passed this because I really wanted to work, but it's actually quite uncomfortable.
