love these shorts but...
I really wish lululemon would bring back the spinerette shorts. Not as short as these and not as long as the bike shorts. The spinerette was just right, perfect I'd say. You do have an older population that just loves your exercise wear, and personally speaking these are a little short!

Love these shorts! SO comfy, practical and CUTE :D
I love these shorts! I use them for MMA where I am kickboxing and grappling, and these are so comfy and provide coverage perfectly. I find that while they do ride up a bit, it doesn't bother me at all and all my "bits" stay covered. (I don't know what kind of shorts WOULDN'T ride up while rolling and scooting and flailing on the ground though :p). I bought them in the bleached coral colour with the white kind of band, and I love love LOVE the colour. They aren't see through and I really love the pastel palette because I can achieve my goal of looking like rainbow ice-cream while I work out. ;)

decent length short tights...
I wanted to try a short tight that wouldn't ride up badly as i've had bad experiences with short tights from other brands (blockout and brasilfit, i'm pointing at you!). For someone who wanted a mid thigh length, these fit the bill.
These shorts are best for floor based exercises but not RPM/Cycle classes as it has a tendency to ride up (speaking form experience). These ones still ride up a little but not as badly as other 'short tights' i've had in the past.
However i have one short (full price) that i bought earlier this year and the material felt thinner than the two that i bought on sale.
I questions the quality of the short and am still undecided if i want to buy anymore..

Great length, rides up a little
This is the perfect length short. They have a great feel to them and I can wear them doing any sports activity which i love! Only issue I seem to have with them is that they stretch easily and ride up. I got a size 4, this is what i wear in every other bottom and they almost feel too big but I cant go down a size.

awesome hot yoga shorts
I got these shorts in black with Silverscent. They are the best. Full coverage, nice movement and excellent quality. They wick moisture away, keeping you cool when your instructor cranks up the heat! I highly recommend the Silverscent technology as well! It's worth the extra bucks to keep the stink off ya!

Best shorts for hot yoga practice
I have these shorts in two colors. I love the longer inseam, which is both flattering and practical. I like the look of some of the shorter Lulu shorts but would hate to worry about my booty popping out during class. These stay put and wick away the moisture. I have not had any problems with sheerness
I'm 5'4, 130 pounds with athletic legs. I have these in both size 4 and 6. I notice very little difference between the sizes so there's a bit of wiggle room with ordering. These are my favorite bottoms for hot yoga.

terrible quality
I usually wear boogie shorts but there was nothing in stock
The sales person highly recommended the reversible groove shorts. What a mistake!!!!! They are paper thin and I had camel toe by the second posture.
Lukulemon please get the poor quality shorts off your shelves
I want to stay a loyal customer but I need quality that matches your price

Not an "all sport" short
I purchased this short for running, fooled by the "all sport" marketing and the sales associate who told me these would be good for running. The shorts rode up the entire time, and even though I purchased the "regular" length, I ended up looking like I was wearing a bikini for the run. I emailed Lululemon customer service and was told that they were more suitable for yoga, despite the marketing on their website as being good for "everything." They did not offer me a refund. Not a happy Lululemon customer.

Bad bad quality!!!
The shorts are cute and super comfy but I have one pair that started piling after the first wash.They were washed as instructed and hung dry. I just washed them for the third time and they are piling everywhere really bad!! Also my other pair had thread coming undone all along the indies of the legs before I even wore them. Unfortunately I didn't notice this in time to return them. It's too bad that Lululemon has gotten greedy and completely given up on the quality of their clothes. Will definitely be going somewhere else for my workout clothes, and I'll be spreading the word to steer clear of Lululemon until your quality of clothes is worth the price tag!

Perfect fit!
Love these shorts! The length deceiving when you hold them up in store but once you try them on it is perfect for someone who doesn't want to show too much leg! Just be careful when you buy them not to buy the long version of them because they look like they only go to your mid thigh but they really go down to your knees. The shorter version goes to your mid thigh.
