Leaky
I love glass water bottles because you don't get that icky plastic taste from them. I was so excited to find this one. However, when I took it home to wash it for the first time the plastic rim that helps prevent leaks fell off! Now the bottle leaks like the dickens. Still use the bottle but It would be nice if for the price it wouldn't leak!

Fragile, yet expensive
I've been toying with the idea of a glass water bottle for quite a while, but finally broke down and bought this one due to the neoprene sleeve (thinking it would be more durable). Less than a week after I bought it, it fell 9" onto a carpeted surface, inside the neoprene sleeve, and shattered. The next time I was at a LuLu store, I asked if there was anything that could be done, and they said they'd be happy to return it... if I had the bottle. Apparently I was supposed to carry glass shards around with me? As much as I love LuLu, I'm starting to struggle with why I should pay a premium for customer service that Target would be ashamed of. Save yourself the money - don't buy this.

Sleeve slips off
I like that the you can remove the sleeve to wash the bottle (and to maybe see what you are drinking!)
My big problem is that the sleeve doesn't stay.
Normally when I carry the water bottle to/from yoga, I carry it by the handle on the lid. Walking to/from my car to the studio door, the sleeve has slipped off 50-100%. (Yes, I have had to go back and search for it on the parking lot floor.) The sleeve also seems to have stretched out a bit over time.
