why we made this

Silicone add-ons can be touchy business. We designed this headband to help tame our flyaway hairs by putting silicone in just the right places, and made it out of moisture-wicking luon so we can get sweaty.

Slips off I thought the wider band with a silicone back would prevent this headband from slipping, but I was wrong. It even popped off while I was sitting down on the couch! I tried pinning it with four bobby pins and it still wouldn't stay on. I can't imagine it would ever survive a run. May 21, 2013
Great headband Love this headband! As a martial artist, I am constantly looking for cute headbands to wear that will not slip off once I put on my sparring helmet. This headband was great, it some how magically made my hair look good after a couple rounds of sparring- a feat that is usually next to impossible for my crazy hair! Best Everday/Workout Headband I've found I bought this headband on a whim during a mall trip, because it looked like a well made, cute, sporty headband. I was pleasantly surprised to find I liked it so much, I wanted to wear it to school as well as to work out! The rubberized spots help it not to slip off of my head, and it's tight enough to stay put, but not give me a headache! It looks cute on a anyone, regardless of hair type, and it's easy to grab if you're [literally!] running out the door. I would recommend this headband to anyone who wants a cute accessory to keep hair out of your face in any situation. May 18, 2013

AARRGGG I love love love these headbands! i have so many fly aways and they work GREAT! I have them in many styles and colours! I was looking to buy more, but i find myself not wanting to buy them because of where the lulu sign it!!! I HATE where it is placed. Because if i am going to pay the money for the headband i want people to see and know its lulu lemon. Also im not sure if i should wear it so the seam is in the back and then look weird and have the sign by my ear or put the seam beside my ear and have the sign in the front!! :( Very upset about this change.. :( :( :( Bring back the old lulu lemon! :) Please! :) May 12, 2013
overpriced It fit me perfectly the first couple times I wore it. Now it stretched out so much I can't run with it because it just falls right off. Not only that but the little rubber dots actually melted! May 10, 2013
Pleased I adore my black headband! It's a rare day that i'm not wearing it during my workout. It fits perfectly, consistently stays in place, and launders well. I have no problems with it slipping and/or slidding even during high-intensity, high-impact workouts such as HiiT, Tabata, Kickboxing, etc. Two thumbs up! May 10, 2013
Who wants bangs in their face when running?? If you're answer is, "Not Me!" then this headband is for you...got it in the pink and black and now I see they have striped ones! So cute...The silicon helps with the sliding and if you keep it mostly on your forehead as opposed to on top of your head in your hair, then it does a great job staying in place and keep the hair out of your face so you can see! Huge waste of money I wish I had read the reviews before going to the store to purchase this useless piece of fabric. Within seconds of putting it on, just sitting at home, it slipped off of my head. And because I hadn't needed a headband for working out until now, I was unaware of the no-return policy on headgear. The least your associates could do is inform customers before they purchase such items. Terribly disappointing. I wish I could give it ZERO STARS. May 8, 2013
