Rated 5 out of 5 by dayna74 Marathon Approved (and great POCKETS)!
Used this for a marathon yesterday and throughout training. They are my new favorite shorts! Not only are they very flattering, but I never had any problems with riding up or chaffing. They are super comfortable. BUT I have plenty of other very nice shorts that also fit this description. What really sets these shorts apart and makes me willing to spend the money for another pair are the POCKETS. Yesterday I had my phone, headphones, running snacks and tissues in my shorts, and everything fit very well, stayed in place and was very comfortable. Highly recommend to distance runners who have a lot to take with them on long runs!

Rated 2 out of 5 by emk88 ride up thighs
I really wanted to like these- I had been eyeing them for a while and thought they might be a great addition to my speed and tracker shorts collections. Sadly, they ride up my thighs no matter what I do or how I move- I've tried these for running, yoga, gym workouts and cycling. I'm disappointed because I can't return them as I purchased them at the Seawheeze Store. I am 5'8, 140 lbs and between a size 6 and 8 in most bottoms- in these, I purchased an 8. If you have slim thighs these may stay put on you, but for me, with 'soccer legs' these are a regret.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mason LOVE these!
The holy grail! An amazingly comfy pair of shorts that look great and don't ride up. I can't recommend these strongly enough. I love shorts but usually find the shorter styles (which I like) ride up and longer styles that stay in place look frumpy. This style does it all! I bought a pair of the pink/green but will pick up another pair in the grey.

Rated 2 out of 5 by skitten Not for athletic women
I have shorts similar to these from other brands, like Athleta and Under Armor, but these do not work nearly as well. The waist band is comfortable and at the perfect height, no problem there. The thighs are not created for women who actually have muscle or any sort of curve. They ride up immediately after any movement! My entire workout, I was pulling the shorts back down my legs. It seems that these are made for stick legs, which is counter-intuitive. Workout clothes should be made to fit a body type of those who actually work out and have some muscle...... I was disappointed in the leg fit. I can't return them because they are WMTM, and I wish I could. I will not purchase these from lulu again.

I got these shorts last year and absolutely loved them the first time I wore them. I washed them per the instructions on the tag and wore them again; Still fantastic. When I wore them the third time... THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE BUTT. I realized this in yoga class. Extremely awkward and disappointing. I would not recommend these shorts!

I love these shorts! Having a pocket while I lift and run is fabulous because I'm a wireless headphone gal. I'm fit and curvy and am that awkward in-between size 6 to 8. I tend to go with the 8's in lulu bottoms and haven't had any issue. I could go with the 6 in these shorts if it weren't for the tight thigh seam around the bottom. They definitely hug my thigh too tight so I went with the 8 and after walking around for a while they loosen up a little but this booty has things covered I'm not worried about them falling down. Overall awesome awesome awesome pair of shorts! I have now 3 pairs :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by luvtherun Love the pattern, great for running
The pattern and waist band are awesome. I think they work great. The only downfall (I personally find) is the tightness in the thighs. I think the fit is comfortable overall, but like one of the picture reviews mentioned, it does not fit very flattering around the inner thighs unless you have a "straight" inner thigh. It tends to squeeze more on one thigh than the other. It's strange, but I wouldn't call it a bad short for this. I am just not sure I'd pay the $50 again for another pair. (Who knows...maybe it's just me. Maybe I just need to slim down some! Pff!) Anyway, I purchased them for running and when I ran in them, they didn't seem to ride up. They worked fine. I think I would advise anyone to either 1. go to the store to try it on to be 100% positive, 2. size up one, or 3. go with your best instincts and purchase TTS online (don't say I didn't warn you). Again, I'd say they run TTS at the waist, but one might consider a size up depending on the fit in the thigh area. Beautiful designs though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JenJenTX Great for spin!
I currently own 2 pairs of these shorts and am always on the look-out for bright new colors and patterns to pick up because I just LOVE wearing these to spin class! Before discovering these shorts, I was perfectly comfortable wearing crops or knee-length pants. But these shorts were absolute game changers. Granted, spin is a very sweaty activity. I am delighted, though, that it is significantly cooler in What The Sport Shorts. The waistband is high enough for full coverage and snug enough to prevent slippage. (Don't be turned off because the waistband is thick black elastic. It is very comfortable and your top will cover it completely.) The legs stay put and are a flattering length - not too long and not so short as to leave little to the imagination. These shorts are super paired with a CRB or SRB tank. For reference, I am 5' 5" and 112 lbs. with a lean, slim build. Size 4 fits perfectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ld226 flattering and comfy
My favourite shorts by far.
I have muscular thighs but these shorts are very flattering and do not bring out my thighs in a negative way.
I am having some trouble though as no matter what I do they seem to ride up. I have bought a size smaller and a size larger than my standard Lulu size and I still have had no luck.
Unsure why this happens but I would say its worth the risk, buy them and you can always return them if like me you had trouble with them riding up.
Great for my weights days. Due to my problem I can't wear them for any running or cardio
