make more colours I loved this mat used it in hot yoga for 2 years. I wish they mad more fun colours. I have bought other brands for the fun colours and patterns, but they lack the same quality. March 25, 2012
It's just not going anywhere!! I have some Gaiam mats (one extra-thick and one travel) that I normally use but my hands and feet tend to sweat a lot and my mats get kind of slippery after a while. I tried this towel over my mat this week, and boy, what a grip! Maybe it has to do with my mat being embossed, but it was so "grip-y" I definitely didn't have to worry about slipping during warriors or wheel poses! There's no way I'll practice without it now! LOVE IT what more can I say than I love this skidless towel. I do hot yoga and it works wonders. I do lay it over my yoga mat for extra grip and absorbency but it also adds comfort. I love the pattern, it makes me fell I am able to express a bit of the fun loving side of me, while I create calmness inside. Thanks again so happy I got this! February 15, 2012
No slip actually slips more No slip yoga towel actually slips more. I use this towel for Bikram yoga. From a sweat absorbing standpoint this towel ROCKS! Love the dot in the middle for alignment HOWEVER I find that the no slip bottom actually makes things worse. I use this towel with "The Mat" and I find if my foot rocks a bit keeping my balance in standing bow pose that the towel slides in because of the air gap between the stubs on the bottom, and then the anti slips works to prevent it from sliding back in place. I just purchased the Equa towel and used it at tonights practice... stayed in place the whole class being flat against the mat...more friction... wish I hadn't bought the more expensive towel the first time. Feels like it will last for years though so I will rotate it with the other towel and work on my balance to not move it during practice February 7, 2012
Great safety net I first bought one of these towels after a failed attempt at core power yoga. I was on vacation when I took the classes, so I bought a cheapy 5 dollar mat which made the experience extra slippery! I didn't want to injure myself if I continued using it so I stopped at Lulu and invested in one of these to keep me from sliding around. I am sooo glad I did because it didn't matter what type of mat I used, I was stabilized and safe. Instead of dripping sweat on a mat, the towel absorbs it all and allows me to perform all poses confidently and push myself without worrying about falling. Now I don't go to any yoga class without one. I even have 2 now and may buy more next time I have spare cash. You can skimp and go cheap on clothes and accessories, but when it comes to your safety this was worth the price. November 22, 2011
Like it's sent from heaven I just got back from my Bikram class using my skidless towel for the first time. It made a WORLD of a difference! I was amazed. Sure, the towel moved a tiny bit, but it stayed overall flat and didn't really budge, and it stood out, compared to all the scrunched up towels around me. I use this towel with The Mat, so that may be why I didn't find I needed to consider splashing some water between my mat and the towel like other reviewers suggested. The Mat has a pretty good grip on its own, but not enough. Combine the two products and it's amazing! November 14, 2011

Love It, But Noisy! I really like this towel for my heated vinyasa practice. It stays in place (even without wetting first it gripped adequately) and is nicely oversized over my mat. That being said, it is NOISY! You know the sound you make when you windex a window a little too hard? The squeaking? This towel, paired with my mat, on a bamboo floor is an interesting combo. I'm not sure if it's just my Prana mat combined with this towel, or if I'm putting too much pressure down, but it's a constant issue. It wouldn't deter me from using it, but I have to prepare myself to be the squeaky lady in class before I begin. Bottom line: Fully functional, squeaky during use, but I'd still recommend it. Awesome towel What a difference between this towel and just a regular towel. The fabric is super absorbent and the nubs help the towel stay in place. There's some slight bunching but not enough to cause any problems. I've washed my towel many times and it is still holding up pretty well. It's expensive but I can't practice hot yoga without it! A definite must if you sweat a lot. July 29, 2011
Absolute Hot Yoga Necessity! I'm a Core Power Yoga girl. And CPY is hot! I sweat a lot! And this towel allows me to keep my hands and feet in place, no sliding so I can practice with confidence. Easy to care for! I like to spray my towel with a bit of water before class starts for grip. July 21, 2011
