Great strap...
This strap is so simple to use and cute. So easy to slip on or off. Love the LULU chrome buttons. It is well made. It holds my 'Big Mat' together whether lying or standing. My only complaint is that the strap is too short when you are putting it around the Big Mat and you are 5'10". Its useable in the warm weather however it won't be going over my shoulder with a down winter coat on. Please make a longer model to use with the thicker mats and for us taller people.

Pretty, functional, multi-tasker
I purchased this strap in the "groovy grape" colorway and am really pleased with it. No issues with the strap loosening up or sliding off my mat (Manduka Eko Lite). Plus it multi-tasks as a stretching strap for when I can't quite reach my toes.

Awesome Mat Strap
I recently purchased this mat strap in parfait pink and I love it. It is nice and sturdy and feels comfortable over your shoulder because it is wider than most straps. I absolutely love the pattern and colors of the parfait pink strap. It looks really nice against my purple mat. I know some people complain about it sliding down when their mat is standing up but I have not had this problem at all. It actually holds up better than my previous velcro strap and I don't have to worry about it sticking to my clothes. It also makes an excellent stretching strap without having to buy a separate product. I am so glad that I bought this mat strap and I am sure, as sturdy as it is, that it will last me for years to come!

Great Upgrade
I was excited when I saw this come out, but unsure of how well it would actually work. I waited a few weeks then decided to take the plunge and get the seamist because the colour was so lovely. I'm happy to say I'd never go back to the velcro strap - I had so many issues with the velcro pulling at my expensive Lululemon pants.
I have no issues with the strap sliding off or on. I put it on either end of my mat, tighten, and go. Even when I put my mat down I don't have a problem. For reference I have the Lululemon Align Mat.

Love it!!
I love this strap! I bought it in the parfait pink, and it's adorable! It fits and looks great on The Mat! I haven't had any troubles with the strap slipping or falling off. I also love that it doubles as a stretching strap!

Convenient and Comfortable!
Love this strap! I have lulu's The Mat and because the loop strap fits all size mats, it works just fine for me. The wide straps are nice since my mat is a bit on the heavier side.
I noticed some comments about the straps becoming loose or falling off your mat when you stand your mat up on the ground. Well I personally don't see why that's even a big deal. So don't stand it up.. lay it down and you will be just fine OR try the velcro straps! I have had absolutely no issues with my strap loosening at all. Even with it standing straight up at home. Maybe it's because my mat has so much grip? Regardless, it works perfect when commuting and is such a fast and easy way to throw straps on after a class.

It works :)
I've been using this strap for about a week now, and it works fine. I've never experienced it being too loose or actually falling off once I put my yoga mat down. I often wear Lulu pants to yoga, so it's nice not having to worry about velcro. Such cute colours too!

It does what I need it to do and is cute too! Easy to use and quick to throw on my mat when I'm leaving a class.

Cute and convenient
I bought this strap because I've been dying to have something to carry my mat with, but I was bored by the colors I'd seen elsewhere. Hello, sea mist! This strap is adorable - I love the stripes and the colors. It also works perfectly. I've never had a problem with my mat sliding out or the loops coming loose, even when setting my mat down. I also run around the city running errands after class, and my mat stays nicely out of my way. I really can't say enough about how much I love this strap, and I love that there's no velcro to deal with.
For reference, I use the strap with both a Lulu unmat and a Jade recycled rubber mat.

Well, at least I can use it as a stretching strap
This strap is almost useless as a mat carrying strap. It slips down when I store my mat, or set it down to grab something, and when carrying it, it's far too long so I have to hold it down so it isn't dangling too far down my back. I don't have a small mat either. I use the Manduka Pro Black Mat (in Magic), and it is anything but a light mat. I can't imagine this strap would fit most women or those with thinner mats because the strap is just far too long.
I did give it two stars because at least I can use it as a stretching strap, but that's about all it's good for.
