Nice Workout Pants
Ordered these [black/white] capris from 'we made too much' on the lulu online store.
I primarily wear these pants when I am cross-training. I probably could have sized down because they do feel like they loosen up after a few hours. (I wear these to strength training gym workout in the morning then sometimes wear them straight to school)
I have not run in these capris and probably won't because they will ride down (again, maybe I should have sized down from my normal lulu size) I also have not performed any cardio in them for the same reason about sizing.
In the future I will order again in a size down and try out the different colors.

I'm a little thicker waisted ("ruler" body type, if I'm trying to put it nicely), so the waist on these crops is nice and doesn't make me muffin top out. I also have a shallow pelvis and typical low rise pants still come up to my bellybutton, so it's nice to have pants that don't ride so high. One point though is that these pants run big. I bought my regular size 8 but should've gotten a 6. For references, I'm 5'5", 140 lbs.

A little awkward, but good value
Two things that are awkward about this crop... the short waist (which you just have to get used to and stop trying to pull up to a "normal" place), and the location of the logo. The waist I will eventually get used to, the logo hits right in the crook of my knee and is the most irritating location ever. I catch sight of it and think something is stuck on my pants. Otherwise, I have no problem with sheerness in these and I quite like the feel of the fabric. This is the only piece of LLL that I DON'T use for it's intended purpose, since I think I would want to rip my hair out at the low cut-ness after a few downward dogs. Perfectly cute with a sweater and boots though!

A change from WU
It was a definite change from the high waist band of the WU, but not in a bad way. Although I saw that some others had issues with the waistband being loose or slipping down in a run, I have not had any issues! I do a lot of cardio and running in them and they stay put just fine. The length is good, a little shorter inseam than my WU's, and they hit about mid calf. I am 5'1 and 105 pounds and the size 2 was perfect. My only complaint would be that there is no hidden pocket!

I like these pants except a little bit loose in the waist than usual but glad I found it on sale!

The Strike Tight is an excellent crop! I disagree with every negative review posted here; it's not my experience at all. For me, there are no negatives in this version of the crop: ?black swan/herringbone black swan/slope stripe heathered raspberry glo?. I prefer a no fuss, low rise, knee length crop that is fitted to the knee. For yoga apparel, lately LLL hasn't had much to offer with these features. (I don't need another pair of WU's and I don't wear my running crops to yoga.) I finally got around to ordering this version since stores I go to received very limited stock. They arrived at the end of the past week. I washed them and wore them to Bikram Yoga on Saturday and they are awesome! Bikram Yoga is a pretty tough test for apparel: these stayed put and wicked sweat very well! After only one wear, they are easily a favourite.
I'm 5'5?, 125 lbs, size 4 in all LLL bottoms (any crop, Speed Short, WU's) and ordered these in the 4, they are tts. They are perfectly fitted and not tight at all. Comfortable at the leg bands (I have muscular calves), waistband, everywhere. They have the triangle gusset and I do not experience any ct. The crop is finished well (details, seams, sewing. The only thing that is odd is the logo placement right at the back of the knee). The luon is thinner than the luon of years past (I do miss the old luon), but it is still good. The material is not see-through when I do the bend test, even in natural daylight. It doesn't show anything significant to make me self-conscious.
No sooner had I ordered the ?bswn/hebs/slgb? version than did the black/white and black/pink shell versions go to wmtm. I also ordered the black/white. I hope they're as good as this pair. If I have anything else to share, I'll update. Aiming to be helpful, I've attached pictures to show overall fit (including the rise).

Tried these on in the store because they were on WMTM and thought they were a better deal than the regular price of $79. Wanted something other than WU's and I thought it would be good to try lower rise.
Anyone who carries their weight in their "love handle" area, these are NOT for you. The more I looked at them, I checked out my butt and they are not flattering on the butt either, and I have a nice butt! Then, I realized... why pay $59 for these when I can buy something that looks exactly the same on my body for $25 at wal mart or winners.
I love lulu, I will pay full price for it but I also love getting deals in WMTM... however these crops are in WMTM for a reason. They simply aren't that "innovative" or "lulu-esque", save your $$ for their better designs!

Won't stay put.....
I bought these and was SO EXCITED that there would be some variety to my typical black crop wardrobe, but these crops would not stay put. I ordered the same size that I do in all of my Lulu crops and they would not stay up. It was a very uncomfortable workout, I have no idea how people can run in them. So disappointed, I loved the idea of these.

nice alternative to wunder under crops
I like these - they add a little variety to a closet full of wunder unders. Plus, it's great to have a lower-waisted option - more please!

I have serveral pairs of Lulu crops and these are my favorite. I love not having that big waist band. The only change I would have liked is that these do not have a key pocket. Since I wear my yoga clothes for running too, it would be nice. Other than that...love them! Length is great and the fit is perfect.
