LOVE it! I just finished a nine mile run in this baby and loved it! I ran in 40 degrees thru rain, hail, wind and sun (March in Maine - gotta love it!) It felt great... soft... loved the turtleneck... kept me warm when the wind kicked up and cool when the sun came out and I didn't even know it was there - very comfy. I love the long length of this and long sleeves and the bright color made me feel confident that drivers could see me along the road. VERY soft - yet durable. PLEASE make more of these for us New England runners:) March 28, 2013
My favorite running shirt I tend to be cold & like turtlenecks for winter running. This shirt is wonderful because the neck is a bit loose & I can pull it over my chin if I am cold. But, because it is a little loose - I don't feel restricted around my throat. March 24, 2013
Light Weight, Beautiful Color, and Soft I bought this running top in beaming blue. Took it for a run in 40 F weather with only sport bra underneath. It was really comfortable and warm enough. I didn't feel it on me when I ran. Because it is very light weight and soft. The only thing I wish it has is a back pocket of some sort to put my iPod mini in. March 8, 2013
Love it love it love it I love this mock. It is so soft and it fits like a dream. I wear it as soon as I wash it! The size is a true fit for me at a 6. I cannot say enough about it 0 buy one while you still can. February 28, 2013
Used to love it I got a gift card for Christmas and purchased this shirt with it, it was my first LuLu purchase and I was in love. I loved the fit, the length and the feel of the fabric. Since January 13th when I received this shirt in the mail, I have bought 7 other shirts, 3 headbands and a pair of gloves. But now I am starting to regret all of it. I finally got back around to wearing this one again and noticed that after only one wash the seams are splitting on the arm, it's in such a spot that it makes me wonder if it had always been there and I didn't even notice it, as this is usually my under layer. I was under the impression that what I purchased from Lulu would last, I am wondering if all reviews saying the quality has declined are true. Either way I am sad, because this was a wonderful base layer for cold Midwestern winter runs. February 23, 2013
cozy, comfy base layer I wanted a breathable yet warm base layer for running on cold days, this shirt is so comfy and stretchy but wicks moisture away if I get too warm. It is not bulky so adding it with another long sleeve and a jacket does not make you feel like a sausage but you can wear it alone and it is still cute :) I bought one when I noticed it on sale and loved enough to buy in another color! I am 5'4 118 pounds, normally wear 4 in shirts and tanks, I bought the 4 and it fits great not too tight but not baggy, pretty much like the photos. Great shirt for it's purpose! February 21, 2013
Cute and functional, but thin I have to admit, I am wary of ordering lulu items these days that I don't have the chance to feel and examine in advance. I took a risk and ordered the beaming blue based on the raving reviews. When I first took it out of the package, and the first couple times I put it on, I was extremely careful because the material is so thin and some of the seams so fragile in appearance that I was afraid I'd break a seam, poke a hole in it, or snag it on one of my rings. Over time I'm a little more confident in its ability to withstand normal activity, but I still mollycoddle it more than I'd like for a $60 top. Given the chance to see and feel it up close, I wouldn't have paid $108 for it. The sale price ($59 for this color) is okay, but my fingers are crossed that it will last. That said, I do so love it, both for its flattering look and its functionality. I had the opportunity to wear it as a single layer on an 11-mile run in 50-degree weather the other day. It was about 5 degrees too warm for it, I would say, as there were times when I felt like I was wearing a little too much. It wicked wonderfully - I felt dry the entire time. The only thing on my wish list for this top, other than sturdiness, would have been venting in the crooks of my elbows. This is the only place on the top that I really felt bothered by sweat. The lace detailing didn't bother me at all, nor did any of the seams. It's passed the test, and I'll be wearing it on my first half marathon in a couple weeks. I am 142#, 5'6", and 36C. 8 is my default size in support tops, CRB's, and Swiftly's. I have occasions to size down to a 6, and this was one. The 6 is perfect. February 5, 2013
Rubbed Me The Wrong Way I LOVE the blue color. The fabric felt so soft, light, and clings to my body just right. I am 5'3" 125lbs and bought a 2 (I normally wear a 4). I love the mock neck and the lace reflective detail on the sleeve is adorable! However, the seam on the chest, just above the arm pit, rubbed me the wrong way. I wore this top with intentions of running 8 miles. The seam started rubbing me the wrong way on mile marker 3. I had to stop at mile marker 5 because the seam began to chaff my skin once I started to sweat. This top would be great if you have no intentions of sweating or if you wear a base layer underneath. Also, I wish there was more reflective detail on the back. February 4, 2013
Perfect. Love this shirt. Sleeve length is great. Love the turtleneck feature. I always find that my neck gets cold, but this shirt defently combats any issue of that. Makes a great base layer and will be great once it starts warming up more. But, i would love to see the white one go on sale so i could add another to the collection! February 2, 2013
Sale Price Is Wonderful! The beaming blue color and lace details add a flirty, girly element to this. I do regret sizing up in this. I am usually a 6 (34D) and got an 8, and the 8 is too big. It's not uncomfortably big, but certainly can't be worn as a second skin, which had originally been why I sought it out. TTS is you want it to function as a tight base layer, and size up if you want the option of the base or wearing it on its own comfortably. Still, I run in this on cold days and have every intention of using it as a base layer or mid layer for my ski trip! February 2, 2013
