I purchased these awhile back during the winter when they were on sale. The seam on the inside thigh will literally could cut your skin open. I would love to use these as running shorts but I did a 6 mi run in these and thought I literally was going to die at the end. I don't think washing these would get them any softer on the bonded seam. I don't know what sport you could exercise you could perform in these without much discomfort.
I feel completely ripped off. If you are going to put an item on clearance please make sure it is a product that probably shouldn't have been recalled all together.

Great Multipurpose shorts
I wore these twice this week for miscellaneous work outs - short 1 mile warm up run followed by weight lifting and jump rope intervals as well as for a step aerobics/kickboxing class. Each of these workouts was about an hour to an hour and a half and I did not experience any chafing from these shorts. They are definitely on the shorter side but are very flattering. Since I'm not a long distance runner I'm not concerned with the chafing that others have experienced.
I am 5'4" and 115 lbs and bought a size 4 and they fit just right. I'm a 4 in pretty much everything Lululemon so these fit TTS for me. A bigger size would be too big in the waist. Took 1 star off because they are really short! Felt like maybe a little too much was showing a few times if you know what I mean.

I love the materials they used. They have a pocket for handy storage! They are great for dog walking!

Not my fav
I love the speed short and only wear them for running. I bought the bonded short thinking they would be the same. Wrong. It was the first time I have ever in my life chaffed. The seam chaffed my inner thigh. I have an expensive pair of short shorts I can't wear. :( I love everything about lulu except the return policy and these shorts!

Bonded shorts not the same as the speed short
i own 10 pairs of the regular speed short, and have been wearing them for the past 3 years, no complaints. i bought the bonded shorts assuming they would be the same as the speed short, boy i was wrong. the bonded shorts are not meant to be worn for anything over a 5k. i wore these for a half marathon yesterday and the chaffing they produced was so uncomfortable.

Cutest and most functional pair of shorts I own
I am such a fan of WMTM - it allows me to purchase items that wouldn't otherwise pique my interest, with a better price point.
I bought these shorts because I was looking for functional weekend but workout shorts as well. I LOVE the length, and the cut at the side which actually elongates my legs, making them look more amazing than usual. As the description states, the perk is that they are breathable, comfortable, but what I really, really appreciate is how there are shorts underneath the shorts. Similar to the LLL skirts, this has the added quality of not showing your underwear because there is extra coverage. However, they are still very light and breathable. I can see myself living in these on weekends in the summer. I feel more comfortable in them over the other shorts that LLL has because of that double layer I described.
I love the pocket at the back for keys, cards, whatever...it's such a cute detail too that no other companies really seem to do right. BONUS: I've never had so many guys take a double take, even with my child in tow....these are SO amazing. Then again spring is in the air so yeah.
BUY THESE!!!!!!!!!! The price is right and they are going fast.

LOVE LOVE
These are my first pair of Lulu shorts and I will probably never buy another running short from Nike ever again. I am 5'5 140lbs and the 6 fits great with some extra room, I have ordered another pair and decided to go with a size 4 just for a snugger fit.

Amazing!!!
I am 5'7 and 115 pounds. I have the body of a marathon runner and its always very hard for me to find shorts that are not only tight but long enough in the back. I got a 2 in these and they are perfect! If you are on the edge of getting them just buy them already! Amazing product!

Can't get me out of these shorts!
The bonded liner is so smooth. I have been running and kickboxing in these shorts since Valentine's Day and have had no run in with chaffing or irritation. I love them! I'm 5'6'' and aout 128lbs and the Size 6 fits great. My hockey butt fits nicely into these babies.

Good Purchase
I was debating for the longest time if I should order these or not and in which size. After reading other people's reviews, the most recurring problem was chaffing from the inner thigh after running more than 2 miles. My gym workouts don't consist of heavy running so I just decided to purchase these shorts because they're were on sale anyways. I got these in size 4 because I have the Breath of Fire shorts in size 4, and those are pretty tight. I might've been able to get size 2 (5'2, 105lbs, fairly petite built) cause it was slightly big but wasn't that big of a deal. These shorts feel nice and look really cute in general!
