Beautiful Top!
I considered whether to buy this top for a long time considering the negative reviews about the poor quality of the material and the itchiness of the reflective part. I'm glad I bought it and got it right before it sold out! The top I received is great! The material on the exterior is soft, brushed on the inside and the luxtreme panels add a really nice touch. I don't find it to be cheap quality at all. I also don't find the reflective parts to be itchy at all. My main purpose for buying this is as a layering piece in the winter for to and from the gym and to wear for warming up before a workout.
All I can figure is that there must be different batches of shirts that are of poorer quality/craftmanship and hence the negative reviews. I feel like I got one from the good batch and am very pleased with this shirt and cannot wait to wear it.
Fit -I bought a black top in a size 4. I'm 5'4", 115 lbs and a 32B. I typically wear a 4 in almost everything lulu - tops, bottoms and jackets and this is TTS for me. It is fitted on me and I like that. I can layer it over a tank though and probably even a short sleeve swiftly since it is stretchy. Overall I am very glad I got this.

on the warm side
I studied all the reviews and determined I should buy a size 10. It fit very well. I am 5'5 140lbs 32D big on top. I bought this top for early morning and evening runs. It did its job being toasty, but it may have been too toasty for me living in temperate San Diego. A 10pm 54F run felt on the cusp of uncomfortable. That probably means this top won't see a race day.
It did its job though. I'll probably still be able to wear it at least once a week on 5am runs.

Super functional
I bought this top about a month ago and have worn and washed it 5+ times - no loose thread issues or other quality issues for me thus far. I love the rulu fabric beacuse it's really soft and warm. The refelctive tape at the forearm is not soft but not bothersome either IMO; I ran a half marathon in it a few weeks ago and no scratching or chafing - something you'd definitely know after 13 miles. My top also fits more like the girl in the action/scenery picture with enough room to fit a LS Swiftly underneath. I'm 5'4", 105#, 32B and I bought my usual size 4, although I suspect that a size 2 would fit more like the model in the picture with the standard white background (if that helps with sizing - not sure if size/fit preferences influenced any of the other chafing comments) I also really like that there's a pocket on this top - LULU, PLS DO THIS MORE OFTEN WITH TOPS MADE FOR RUNNING - for anyone who runs long distance, a porta-potty stop is inevitable and no one wants to accidentally drop an iPod in there if you are fumbling with unhooking it from the bottom half of your body where the only pocket(s) may be. I have the mint/black top and can't say that I love the pattern (has referee/escaped prisoner look) although I think the hourglass stitching makes it very flattering for all body types. That said, I still purchased the striped pattern because I think that it makes me very noticeable beyond the reflective details - not in a "hey, check me out way" but more in a "please don't accidentally hit me while you're driving and texting at the same time" kind of way. If you care about safety, soft, warm, and not dropping your tunes in a public toilet, this high-functioning top is a winner.

I love this too!
First, Rulu is probably the best fabric ever. Second, I love this shirt, it's comfortable and looks good. Like with most other Lulu stuff, it makes people look better than with other clothes. I used to wear the other name brand work out clothes that used to fade after a couple of washes. This stuff you can wear forever and it still looks good and keeps it's shape.

Running shirt
Very disappointed: I bought this shirt on sale and didn't even keep the receipt...after wearing it once and washing it (dried flat not in dryer) I found a hole in the fabric near the rear pocket. I wish I had listened more to the previous reviews

Very stylish
Loved the style of this shirt with the mint stripes. I have not actually sweated in it yet as I like to wear it with jeans or out running errands. It is a very warm shirt for NC weather. I ordered the 12 in this shirt and it is not too tight or too loose. I wear 10-12 in LLL depending on the cut. For reference I am 5'11 and weigh 170lbs.

So bad...
This is the first lulu item that I can't bring myself to keep on. I keep trying, but pull it off it is so uncomforable. The seams are awful...I didn't believe the other reviews, but they are. And it does run big in the shoulders, not in the other areas so a wierd fit. So sad I bought, even on sale.

love fit, cute design
I really liked this shirt and happy that I paid MD prices for it. The cut of the shirt is great - I loved the how the pattern (stripes) gives a nice hourglass figure.
A couple of the features I liked best:
- warmth of the material!
- size of the pocket - large, roomy
- subtle reflective details
- longer in the back
As some of the reviews mentioned:
- some of the threads were already coming loose before I had even worn it (but for my shirt, it was nothing that a quick snip of the scissors couldn't fix... it didn't impact the stitching of the shirt)
- funky, smells like it lived in a plastic bag for too long smell (hopefully I can figure out a way to wash this smell out! lucky it's not super strong)
I'm happy I invested in this shirt and look forward to wearing it lots!

gorgeous shirt, not fabulous quality
this would be a perfect running shirt if it was put together with more quality... the cut is super flattering, the material is heavy enough to keep you warm on long runs yet wicks well enough to wear as it gets warmer. the back pocket is perfect for holding an iPhone, and the reflective detailing on the sleeves looks great and is super functional for those of us who love to run at dusk... unfortunately this is the 4th lulu item i've purchased in the past month that had threads hanging from it as soon as i took them out of the package!!! for the price i expect much better quality

Awful smell
I was super excited to get my my Run Reflection long sleeve top. When I opened the package, I was greeted by an unwelcoming foul smell! It was awful. I hurriedly placed it in the washer according to lulu standards and then line dried it. Unfortunately, that didn't work.
The next day I made the mistake of washing it with my power up crops and a couple of tanks and they started to smell like my run reflection too! I quickly washed them again and luckily got the smell out of them. The run reflection still had the same awful smell. I washed it two more times, but the odor is untouchable. I now have a $98 top that I cannot wear.
