why we made this

Winter can creep up on us pretty quickly but we're prepared. We designed this Rulu fabric long-sleeve to be a cozy base-layer and to help keep us toasty on our chilly morning runs. Strategically placed Cire Puffy panels help keep in the heat so we can breathe easy knowing we're covered.

Simply amazing! I saw this shirt in WMTM and bought it for running. This past weekend my husband and I went to the Catskills and went on a 5 mile snow hike up Overlook mountain. Needless to say I was hot and sweaty and shed all my outer layers. I was extremely comfortable in this shirt. It wicked my sweat yet kept me warm. I see wearing this shirt on hikes, runs and as a base layer for winter sports. Don't debate getting this shirt, just get it! Fits true to size. January 22, 2013

Great top Shirt is as soft as one can imagine and a great fit. I ordered a size up 6 as I'm nursing, and it fits great. Got black and clarity/yellow. lOVE the yellow! The black looks great as a daily shirt as well, can easily "dress"it up. I highly recommend. I was concerned the quilted areas would be bulky, but they are not at all. January 17, 2013
What's up with the patches? I regret buying this online and am saddened that this is a final sale. Though the shirt itself is of good quality and fit, the patches on the shoulders and elbows were just too much. It makes you look like some super hero and are very restricting. I would seriously recommend trying this on before purchasing. Maybe the patches work for some, but for me it didn't. They look worse in person than online... :( January 15, 2013
This shirt is great. I have it in black and it looks very stylish :) This shirt is WARM. I used to use underarmour cold gear and I must say that this is warmer. It really does its job and its extremely comfortable. I would wear this any day. It very quickly became a favorite. The fit is slightly loose both in the body and in the arms, but I think I might be between sizes 4 and 6. I got a 6 and I wish it were a little tighter because I use this as a warm up top in a studio (especially before the heat kicks on) rather than for running. The length is great (I'm 5' 9"). amazing I purchased this long sleeve shirt when it was on sale and i am usually a size four but i decided that wanted to get a size six so it was bigger and it could be more comfy. I didn't regret this at all its not tight around my skin and its nice and thick so it keep me warm and everyone always compliments me on the colour and the shoulder and elbow pads! A great buy! best winter running piece!! This is my favorite running shirt!! It has the softest material, like butter on your skin. The brushed feel makes it so warm for runs on the coldest winter mornings. Every outdoor runner should have one of these. I didn't like the colors but I'm glad I got one anyway because it is the most comfortable shirt I've ever had. (would love it in pink!) January 11, 2013
Like Butter! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shirt- it is unbelievably comfortable. The material is soooo soft- I don't want to take it off! Perfect for run or just casually lazing around in front of the fire! I am 5'9- 152 pounds- bought the 8 and the length in the sleeves and overall is perfect, just find it a bit big in the tummy area but not "I look pregnant" big- still looks form fitting and flattering so I'm giving it a 5. I wouldnt' size down as I think the arms would be too tight for my taste. Loved the yellow colour, and the patches on the arms and shoulders are super cute. Excellent value for the price- I'm considering buying another one, and I NEVER buy doubles! January 11, 2013
Fantastic colors and excellent material I love the feel of the material of these shirts! I purchased a black and yellow and they're giving my long sleeves swiftly tech a run for their money especially during these colder months.
