Karmady Short Sleeve 2.8 5 11 12
Super Cute This shirt isn't reviewed well, but I got mine today and love it. It's beautifully soft and lightweight. I sized up because I didn't want it to be clingy. It's exactly as it looks in the picture. I'm going to wear it over my yoga tank. The fabric is very delicate so I'll hand wash it. January 24, 2014
No Lulu Symbol. Like reviewers below. I also received my Karmady SS (in inkwell) and it has no lululemon symbol on the back. I'm just slightly disappointed that this has been a common complaint yet your stores are still shipping them. January 4, 2014
No lulu symbol?? Got my shirt in the mail today and just like a previous reviewer, it is missing the lulu symbol. I bought the white and a black one and if you look in the picture on the we made too much, it is supposed to have a symbol, my black one does? weird... Already have spoken to a lulu rep. Mistake from manufacture I bought Karmady short sleeve with purple color from online. But mine has no lulu logo at the back of the shirt. Without lulu logo, it's just too much thin plain shirt. I want mine with lulu logo just like it should be. December 25, 2013
Meh I ordered this online in clearance and for $29 had it washed well I would of been happy. But it did not. After it's first was last night there were pulls --at least 10 on it. That baffles me as I even lay flat to dry all lulu attire. I thought this shirt would rock because it's a light fabric and my bootcamp class's are hot and stuffy. For that keep cool purpose it works. However it does not wash well and is not true to the specs. It says online fits loose. It doesn't. If that were true I'd be a size 10. I ordered the 12 and it's nice and long and roomy in the arms but that's it. The fabric just sticks to you, hugging everything you have and not in the best way. Vs the run swiftly t's this top cannot compare. I own numerous run swiftly shirts and they wash and wear so well and the reg price of both tops is $58. Run swiftly worth it. Karmady is not. The pic I attached is of a small portion of the shirt after one wash only. Fabrics must be tested at lululemon no? How could this happen to everyone? Verdict: overall, fits clingy. Keeps me cool in bootcamp. Doesn't wash well. Satisfied for the $29 clearance I paid. Would of returned it if I had paid pulled price. Overall, stick with run swiftly I say. I am. December 4, 2013
Not as bad as the reviews make it sound! I snapped up this one in angel wing in my usual size 6, and found it to fit beautifully. It is quite transparent, as the photo shows, but I layered a simple (non-lulu) camisole underneath and liked the floaty, pretty effect. I love that it's long enough to cover your backside, making it great to wear with leggings. Overall, a great piece of layering- soft and pretty. November 28, 2013
fabric pilling issue I love the color and softness of the fabric of the top. I wore the top with my black astro pants and the top pilled really bad all over itself and my pants. A lint roller will not get the pilling off and I resorted to duct tape and it wouldn't get it off either. I had to pick it off by hand. What a mess! November 17, 2013
It's too long for us short ladies I bought this shirt despite the price but it won't work for me. I am 5'2", 110 lbs and usually a 4 in LLL tops, except fitted tops when I usually prefer a 6. The 4 fits well in the torso but the sleeves kept gathering at the armpit as if it was too small. Didn't feel tight but it looked like it didn't fit at the sleeve. The 6 then was too big overall. Another problem is that it is too long. It comes well past my hips and this won't look good with regular pants. This would only work with leggings but I only wear leggings when it's cold......and if it's cold, I won't be wearing a short-sleeve, burn out, super thin t-shirt......then if I put on jacket on top, you can't see the pretty burn-out design. So sad that this didn't work for me. I think it's just a little too long, maybe only because I'm short. But the design is pretty and feels very soft. Another reviewer said it had bad pilling and I believe it. Burn out tees tend to pill a lot due to the fiber blend. This shirt is polyester and rayon, one fiber is strong and the other is weak. That fiber combo is destined to pill. October 26, 2013
Want to love but piling issue I really love the material of these shirts but only after a few wears I have piling issue where the sleeve rubs against the shirt. Really want to love it but for $60 it has become just an expensive old tattered looking sleep shirt. I have worn it less than five times... Not worth the $ ladies.... October 22, 2013
Truly lovely Almost didn't try it based on the 2 1/2 star rating Soo.oo glad my sister grabbed it and tried it on She promptly got it in 4 different colours and I bought two The material is buttery soft and hits us just below hip to wear with leggings and a nice cardigan/sweat shirt for everyday wear without having one's butt/crotch exposed (the softness of the shirt guarantees no added bulk underneath a topper) Am seriously considering buying a few more colours Perhaps a little pricey but well worth it IMHO October 22, 2013
