Great basic jacket
This is adorable, and fits really well. Super basic, and cute enough to wear not just to the gym. I'm 5'9", 115 pounds, broad shoulders/back, and super small bust/waist/hips, and this fits perfectly in a size two. Plus, the it's long enough (even the sleeves!) which is rare.

bring back the define
this jacket fits awful compared to the define it doesnt compare at all. I understand that this jacket may still sell well for a certain customer with a certain body type but I do NOT think that the two jackets are interchangeable whatsoever. Its very unflattering on and the fabric seems of a much lesser quality. Please bring back the define jacket I would literally buy it in every color

Love it, though I do miss the Define
This is a lovely form-fitting jacket which is made in a vast array of tempting colors. (Note: the pinkalicious and pop orange are brighter than they appear on your computer screen.) At 5'3" and 110 pounds, my usual size 4 fits well. For the spring weather, I appreciate the lighter fabric. I adore my beaming blue, fresh teal and power purple Formes. Indeed, my only serious complaint is that the arms are too long and I must get them shortened, thus losing the thumb hole; this issue is not personally a problem since I find them annoying. Speaking of the sleeves, the Define required no alterations for me; moreover, I have a feeling I will miss the cuffins when colder weather approaches. Thus, I agree with previous reviewers who recommend that the Lululemon team create the Define for cooler seasons and the Forme for warmer ones. (One other potential problem for Forme buyers: if you have small shoulders and slim arms, the Forme may have extra fabric in those areas. However, athletic woman may appreciate the extra room.)

Not the Define
I have a few Define jackets and can't begin to count the number of compliments I have had when I wear them. Just a beautiful and flattering jacket. I was aware the Define was replaced with the Forme and went to the store to check it out. Unfortunately, I was not impressed enough to pay the extra cost and buy one, despite the lovely colours. First of all, I didn't like the fit over the shoulders (more square). The entire jacket seemed more boxy in fact. I didn't like the 'mesh' under the arm pits (makes it too casual). I miss the cuffins (I ride on cool mornings and they were perfect). The fabric also seems to have less weight making it appear cheap. I am confident the Define will make a return, so I will wait it out.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews for this jacket/sweater. This is my favourite jacket I have ever owned, and even purchased another in a different colour. I love the way it is fitted, I found the length perfect and didn't find the sleeves were too long/too short. Considering this jacket is for running I love the mesh underarms as it allows me to cool off a bit since I sweat a considerable amount there. Plus no sweat marks!
I've had no problems with the material, and don't see how anyone would unless they are not properly taking care of their product. It's the perfect jacket, whether you are running, at the gym, going for a walk or just hanging out. And the colours look fantastic!

The Forme jacket is great! I have the gingham and have had so many compliments on it!!
It is not as fitted as the Define but is very flattering. I am quite busty and it fits great!! I just ordered the power purple.
I also have 2 Define jackets and a Daily Yoga jacket. Keep them coming LuLu!!

Bring the define back
Honestly. The material is cheap and the mesh under armpits just dont look good. I really wish they would just bring the define back. They would earn so much more money too. BRING THE DEFINE BACK

Wanted to love it so bad!
Had been eyeing this for a while and finally decided to order despite the negative reviews. The sleeves are very long. Was considering keeping it regardless. Until I lifted my arms and saw the mesh underarms. What's that all about?! Not sure if it looks ok in other. Colors as I ordered the white. Just looks tacky and not worth the money. I'll keep shopping.

bring back the define!!
I absolutely hate this jacket. It is nothing like its predecessor, the Define.
1. the sleeves are too long
2. the luon is thin & cheap
3. shoulders are boxy and do not conform
4. no hair tie zipper pull
5. no cuffins
I remember when the Define jacket would sell out in a day online. There seems to be a lot more stock of the Forme, because Define enthusiasts who remember when Lululemon stood for quality, aren't buying into it. I, personally, have not purchased ONE of these sub-par styles since you pulled the In Stride and Define. I refuse to settle for less.

Not what i thought...
Rec'd the new forme jacket today in the mail, so excited to get it in hand! Not so excited when I tried it on unfortunately.
I found the style/shape nice, however, the sleeves are way to long! I agree with other posts that the shoulders are boxy and don't seem to conform properly. The material is quite thick and I found it to be very tight through the midsection.
I will be returning it to the store, maybe try a size up to solve the midsection problem but shoulders will likely be to big. I usually wear a sz 8 define, but the 8 forme was so tight on the tummy it felt uncomfortable. Darn.....
