why we made this

Made of super soft Rulu (aka running luon) this crew neck long sleeve (LS) tee is reversible and intentionally long in length, which makes it perfect for layering over running tights. Also, it's an excellent base layer when we find ourselves venturing out for a run or cycle in chilly temps.

My favorite long sleeve lululemon shirt!! Everyone needs at least a couple of these shirts! They are extremely soft and cozy- great for runs- they keep you very warm (much warmer then they look) and are also great for casual wear. It is a little longer in length compared to what I'm use to but I like how it covers my whole bum. The shirt is not too tight- it definitely has a little give to it and isn't as clingy as most lulu shirts are on me. I think the plum one runs a little longer and looser than the other ones (at least compared to the paris pink, persian purple, and deep coal). Overall, a great technical top! I hope this is made in more colors and is released again! January 14, 2012
My favorite lulu ever! This is my favorite lulu that I own. It's the most versatile- I wear it to workout, around the house, running errands. Love the feel of it- so soft. And it is super warm and comfy. Great length- covers my butt. And the thumb holes are super cute! I can't say enough about this shirt, it is my absolute fave! January 12, 2012
My face Lulu item Didnt think I'd like this top when I saw it in the store, as it looked pretty tight fitting, but since it was in Paris Pink, I gave it a try. It's not as snug as it looks, it does give a little after wearing for a while. It's so comfy and soft, and WARM! I wear it under my winter coat instead of a Scuba, and it keeps me toasty. I'm a tall girl, so the length is perfect on me - hip length, and the arms are nice and long too. This top might not suit the shorter girls (sorry!). But I am thrilled to have a long sleeve top that keeps me warm without being too bulky. I wear an 8 in all Lulu tops, and I bought an 8 in this too. Want some of these wonderful tops, plse make more! I tried one on in my local store, didn't buy, figured I had enought lulu, so so sad. I want about 4 of them, softest, very nice looking on shirt. I saw a lady the next day with one, and it looked fabulous, went to buy some and the colors I wanted were gone gone, gone. Please make more of these in more colors, don't get me wrong, I love black and grey, but own far too much of them, how bout a green, more pink, a red even. Wonderful top, I really want one of my own!!!!! Only gave 4 stars because I don't own one, so cannot comment on exercise durability etc, though I am certain it is fabulous!!! January 1, 2012
BEST SHIRT EVER!!! I am in love with this shirt! It is made of the softest, most comfortable fabric. The fit is great- keep the shirt long to wear it over tights, bunch it up, or hem it to wear with other pants. I love this for running, wearing around, even wearing out! cannot NOT wear this! i seriously cannot stop putting this shirt on . . . EVERY day! this really is the perfect shirt. so cal has been pretty nippy, and this shirt is a perfect cover. i usually wear a size 6 in lulu tops, and got this in a 6 as well. seemed to be a good idea when i tried it on, b/c the 4 seemed a bit snug, but it stretched out a bit so i wish i got a 4. perfect excuse to buy another one (if only they weren't sold out!)
