I have been wearing LLL for years and look forward to purchasing new things all the time. This tank looked great .. I loved the design and idea of it.. however... the material is just horrible. Not only does it feel cheap, but once you wash it it becomes thinner and clingy. I will unfortunately not be purchasing anymore of this style and would not recommend you buy it. Not to say I won't continue to shop at LLL, I just won't purchase this product. May 23, 2013
Even on sale it's not worth the price I sure am glad I didn't pay full price for this top, however I still have buyer's remorse after purchasing it on sale. The overlaying fabric is a joke. As others have stated, it resembles tissue paper. In the photos it looks like the fabric has some weight to it and falls nicely. Not so. This will cling to and accentuate every trouble area you have. Even though it looks like it was made to cover those less than appealing areas it is definitely not flattering. You're essentially paying $60+ for a bra (which does offer decent support). Cute but not great for sweating I love the top and colors (I have the beach blanket blue/aquamarine one) It fits great and I get a lot of compliments on it. The top fabric is very thin though and it stretches out quite a bit while I'm wearing it - especially if I sweat. May 22, 2013
poor quality I'm very sad to say that this item just shows how the quality of Lululemon is going downhill. I remember the Practice Freely tank from last year, and I remember wanting to buy it but sadly it was sold out everywhere by the time I had enough money to actually purchase it. I went in-store a few days ago to try on this year's version and was extremely disappointed. The fabric is so thin and delicate, the bottom half holds absolutely no shape (I wholeheartedly believe the reviews saying that it stretches out and snags), and I don't like these new colours and patterns as they make the clothes look cheap. I was looking forward to buying the Practice Freely tank I'd window-shopped for months last summer, but regretfully, this week I had to leave without purchasing anything. PLEASE Lululemon, bring back the quality and products from the past! Those clothes were worth every penny. May 21, 2013
Another example of cheap material So sad to say this top is another fail. Was absolutely in love with style and color (bought the bright blue) but after one wash small threads are coming out of stitching. Like other reviews I did notice the material stretches out after just one or two wears. It looks 5 years old and I've had it a week Love the concept of this tank but quality just isn't there like so many other products recently. I've been a devout Lulu shopper for over 6 years and have literally spent thousands of dollars on gear but have decided no longer until something is fixed. Lulu needs to start communicating with their customers and act like they care! Your lack of communication leads me to believe that you think nothing is wrong with your product. In the past year I've spent $$ on yoga pants that are see through, tanks that fall apart and are so thin, and underwear for my husband that all got holes in the butt (and please don't tell me I 'm washing this stuff wrong bc his 5 year old Hanes from Target have held up better). Bottom line, this tank was the final straw...we've sold our stock in Lulu and will not be back until something changes. Oh yeah, I saw your Chief Product Officer stepped down...while your at it why don't you fire the head of your Design department...this stuff is just getting weird and not every top needs to be see through! disapointed I bought this shirt because I loved the softness of the material. After being worn 2 times, the bottom seam is coming unraveled. I only have hand-washed it and air dried it once. I am very disapointed since I paid full price for this shirt. I don't understand how a 64$ shirt does not outlast being worn 2 times. Also, since air drying it, it lost it's shape on the bottom and bags over my backside. It's too bad lulu does not have a 100% satisfaction guarantee like other companies such as REI. buy it on sale! i bought the inkwell color on sale in store. this tank is cute and flattering, but i couldn't see myself paying full price for the fabric it's mostly made of. essentially this is a simple sports bra with a handkerchief attached. the material is very thin..but the dark blue i got is actually pretty opaque. i could see the lighters colors being quite see through though. im 5'5, athletic/curvy, 34DD, and i opted for a 6. although it's a little snug in the bust, there isn't a bunch of extra material in the tummy. looks nice with a pair of wunderunders and is really light. if you can find this tank marked down, i'd say go for it. Confident Boosting Product Really always loved this product, but wasn't sure if I could pull if off, because of the revealing sides, but I sucked it up and purchased it one day and have no regrets! It's a very light product that fits smaller, keeps everything together, great for all activities, cool & light! Only problem...I want it in every colour now and can't afford it! Cute tank, but wouldn't recommend I bought this tank and really loved it at first. I do think it's a really cute tank, but there are a couple issues with it. First, the fabric does stretch out quite a bit after a few wears, a lot more than I thought it would. The second reason is why I would not recommend this tank for anyone. The description online states that the tank has chafe-resistant flat seams, however this tank constantly chafes my back and under my arms while I'm running, and it chafes A LOT. I've never had this issue with any other sports bra or tank from Lulu, so I'm not too sure what happened with this one. Like I said, cute tank, but this is one you should skip. Not really worth the money May 19, 2013
