why we made this

Whether we're running to catch the people's limo (that's rock-n-roll for "bus"), sprinting to a meeting, or heading out for a 5K after work, these socks are coming with us. We designed them to fit snug (blisters, begone!) and treated them with anti-stink technology so we feel fresh from lattes to lunges.

Adorable but Snaggy I wanted so badly to love these socks. The patterns are adorable, and I love fun socks. Unfortunately after a day of wearing them just around the house, they snagged and pilled, going from looking brand new (which they were) to years-old over the course of a day. February 7, 2013

I loved these socks. I was cautious about ordering these online after reading all the reviews, but when I went into the store and saw them I didn't know that the socks I was buying were the same as reviewed here. I bought a pair and love them. I have worn them several times and have yet to get a snag in them. I got online and ordered more because they go so well under boots as well as my running gear when my shorter socks are to skimpy for my winter run. Glad I gave them a chance. I sure hope I don't have any future issues but so far so good! January 8, 2013
I love these socks! All I can say is that I love these socks....they did snag a wee bit but it was nothing major and they by no means fell apart. I love the colors and they are so soft! January 2, 2013
Pilling: Hate to do a poor review. Super cute socks- seen three other reviews for the chevron. The beautiful chevron pills like crazy! Insane for $14, especially since the people at the store said I'd love them. My first venture into lulu socks, very sad about it. :( Loved them when I wore them, so maybe its just the chevron. Ok!? WHAT HAPPENED! These socks are so stylish and cute, but after I wore them for about TWO MINUTES!!!!!!!! They were already snagging!! I am not usually disappointed with lululemon at all! I'm with Dookie's & Zookie's Review below If I could rate these socks a zero I would. They are mediocre at best. I wore them once-not even for the whole day. When I took them off, they had pills all over, a couple of snags, and they're literally coming apart at the seams as shown by my pics below. Please don't tell me I snagged them on my boots-I was wearing them with Uggs. $14.00 plus tax utterly wasted. December 6, 2012
First pair of socks This was my first pair of socks I have purchased from lulu and it will definitely be my last. Just like the reviewer before me as soon as I took off my boots there was piling like crazy on the chevron print ones. I don't know if it's just that color that has the problem or if they are all like that but I will not be wasting $14 again on these socks. December 3, 2012

These socks are not intended to be heavy or supportive; but if you are looking for cute multi-purpose socks that can be work for casual to-and-from or workout, these are for you.
