Women's Ultimate No Show Run Sock
Not worth the cost
I'm really disappointed in these socks. I loved them at first, but they quickly became disgusting. As you can see from the photo I've attached, they have those little balls all over them! I'm very particular about how I take care of my Lulu items. They get washed together with organic detergent in cold water, and then air dry. I couldn't take better care of them.

First time I put them on, they were soft, stretchy, and all over wonderful! I loved the fact that they were so low and fit so nicely. However, after washing them once on a delicate cycle they became stiff and hard. They barely stretch now and I hate wearing them because they don't feel soft at all, they feel GROSS. Such a waste of money.

I heart these socks!
I have 9.5N low-volume feet, & have used Thorlo Experias for years. However, they sometimes slip off my heels. I originally bought the Lulu padded run sock, but developed a rash from the padded areas. I did notice that I did not have heel slippage.
I discussed this with the GEC, & their QA expert Farah thought I might possibly be allergic to that particular fiber, & recommended the ultimate no show sock instead. She also offered to send me a gift card for my feedback (which of course I accepted). I found them at our local store, & ended up buying another pair. Very comfy, no slipping, & my feet stayed cool. The M/L was true to size. I intend to get more pairs, & wish they came in more colors. Still waiting for the gift card so I can use it for part of the next purchase!

Not True to Size
I purchased a pair of these socks online in pink to match an outfit I planned for the Disney 1/2 Marathon and just before the race I tried them on for my test run - I was so disappointed to find out that these socks were not true to size. I ordered a small - I wear a size 6 shoe - and they were really long and therefore baggy at either the heel or toe. I couldn't run a race like that. Now the socks are just sitting in my drawer and will never be used. A waste of money. I have purchased socks before from Lulu and have noticed this being a problem, I have returned socks that were too big but because it was too long after purchasing the pink ones I couldn't return them. If you're going to purchase socks from Lulu make sure you try them right away or in store to make sure they fit properly.

These socks are really cute. I found it to pill like crazy. I don't have this issue with other socks (non-Lululemon socks). I also have the hole appearing at the top where it's designed for ventilation. The seems seem to just start to fall apart on its own. The socks kept slipping off my heel as I was walking, not even running. Waste of money.

I have the same issue with the reviewer below. I wear size 7 shoes and bought the size 5-7 sock and they keep slipping!!! The ones i bought 2 years ago didn't have the slipping problem. So disappointed.

I got these socks for Christmas last year. I have spent 1 year wearing these socks and hoping that eventually I would like them. I've trialed them for many, many runs, a half marathon and hikes. No matter that I do, I still encounter the same problem. All I wanted was a sock that was tight, came up to just under my ankle bone and did not slip down in my runner. These socks continuously slip down when I run and the back heel piece does NOT stop the sock from slipping. I usually have to stop a couple times in my run and grab the back of the sock and yank it back up! Some of you may think perhaps it is my runners. Nope - same issue with three different pairs of runners. Perhaps I bought too big of a size? Nope. I wear a size 7 shoe and I bought the 5-7 sock.
If your sock struggle is the same as mine and you want a sock that is low cut, supportive and doesn't slip, I would discourage you from spending so much money for a pair of socks you will have to keep yanking up.

Bough a pair of socks while I was in the store because I was not wearing any, so I decided to give them a try .... When I got in the car I put them on only to find out there was a hole in them (BIG HOLE) on the thicker part of the sock!!! I walked back in the store and all they could tell me was " I wish I could return them but NO !!! What a joke !! Will never buy socks from LULU again !!! Very upset not because of the price, since I also pay $15 for my usual socks from Features (never had holes in them) but the way the manager treated me in the store!!

Bigfoot here confirms: they run large
I have big feet. I wear a size 11 consistently, and usually I buy men's socks- especially for running. I normally don't even look at the socks on here- I know they all are supposed to stop at size 10 shoe. Well, when they moved the split pea to the WMTM section, I did happen to open the page a read reviews for whatever reason. After seeing a few people say they ran large, I got excited. Was it possible? Cute girly socks for my firm foundation? I took a deep breath and put the $9 on my card for a pair of 8-10's (still kind of expensive, especially if they don't fit). Got them today and to my amazement, they fit!!!! Not like kind of fit when I scrunch my toes- they are actually big enough. I am so excited! I have cute girl socks! I think I am going to buy a few pairs full price! For those of you with not so large of feet, I would say these run about a shoe size or so big.

If you're looking for a sock liner for Thorlos (all you tennis players out there), these are fabulous!!!! They don't move; they are double knitted on the laces, heel, ball of foot, but not padded, as our Thorlos already are. They keep your Thorlos drier to work better.
