Mula Bandhawear Thong 4.1 5 85 86
Haven't had a single quality issue I have about 9 pairs of the Mula Bandawear thong (some as old as a year or more) and wear them at least 5 out of 7 days in the week, so they are getting a ton of washing and wearing. I even put mine in the dryer and can honestly say that I haven't had an issue with a single pair developing a hole or fraying. Maybe I'm just getting lucky but I did feel that it was only fair to provide a balanced perspective on the quality of this underwear since many other reviews indicate poor quality. I find them very comfortable, they stay up and give me the smooth look I want under my clothes. I will continue to purchase these. For size reference, I am 5'7", now 142 lbs (but have been up to 158) and wear a size L in the thong (typically a size 8 in all LLL bottoms except for seamless pants like Seamlessly Street and Ebb to Street as I take a 6 in those). I feel that perhaps now I am on the border of a M and a L but it's not as if the L are falling off of me. However, I think the next pair I buy will be a M to see if that size works for me. doesn't last longer than two months I admit i love these cause they are comfortable and i own 6 of them. however they all have holes in them. I can't stop buying them so it's my own fault. But come on lulu you charge so much yet they don't last longer than a few months. For sizing i always get the small size (size 24.5" waist) even though i buy size 6 pants. I own 1 medium and it is way too big. I spoke to a girl at the store and told her how after two months they get holes in them and she told me "girl you need to upgrade your underwear". Excuse me, i already spent $80 on underwear this year and shouldn't have to do it every couple of months which irritated me. Maybe lulu should make a quality product since that is what they strive for. August 26, 2015
Great underwear, terrible quality I love the feel of these undies and could honestly wear them everyday. However, I am so disappointed in the quality (have had Gap underwear for years that it still in tip top shape and much cheaper). I have washed these less than 10 times and the edge has already started to fray -- cannot wear them anymore. I am hesitant to buy more even though I'd love them in all colors. August 20, 2015
BEST. UNDIES. EVER! What's not to like? they're light as air, they stay put, and they're soft as silk. I have many pairs of these (I buy a new pair every time a new color comes out#, and if washed on a cold gentle cycle #with all my other lulu gear) and hung to dry, they hold up really well. ONE pair has developed a pin sized hole, but the hole hasn't gotten any bigger so I don't care. With material as thin and soft as this, I'm impressed there aren't more issues with them falling apart. These are awesome undies, do yourself a favor and get some - you won't regret it. August 14, 2015
Can't believe i waited so long. I love these and the bikinis, so much so that I've bought one pair of each, every time I've been in the store. Im up to 4 or 5 reach. I haven't had problems with washing either. I have a front load washer and wash all LLL items together. I do air dry sometimes, but not always. i was a skeptic for so long after some of the other reviews. all i can think is if you have sharp nails or a bad washer, then holes might become a problem. But like i said, I've bought a few and washed them several times and so far so good. I'm phasing out my hanky-pankys because these are so much better! Darn they are expensive, i agree with the other reviewer how about a 3 for promo??? seriously even 3/40? And i wish i got a birthday coupon in the mail. Im so loyal, a coupon once a year would be nice! August 12, 2015
Fantastic Product I have several pairs of these, wear and wash them weekly, and have never had a quality concern. I wash them on a gentle cycle and dry them in a low heat dryer with my other Lulu items, some of the pairs have likely been laundered over 50 times or more. They are exceptionally comfortable, and are breathable during exercise. I find that they are not quite invisible under some workout pants, but really close. I think you get what you pay for in this situation. July 24, 2015
Love it so hard, but they don't last I have both the bikini and the thong of these undies and I wrote a review for the bikini, which I raved about awhile ago. Love these panties. Love how they breath. They are perfect for hot yoga! But... They wear and tear over time. I had one pair that . The funny thing is, I can't stop buying them! July 15, 2015
sad, very very sad. It was love at first moksha. I swore I was going back to buy 5 more pairs the next day, and the bandhawear was all I'd ever wear for the rest of my days. They fit perfectly and breathe super well, and don't slip and slide during practice or show any VPL's?. but then i noticed after the first wash they developed not one, but THREE holes on the thong part? and not even on the seam? but right in the middle. I've never been let down by lulu before.. I thought i found my underwear for life.. but i can't justify pitching out 16$ a pair, that last one day- even in all their glory. June 4, 2015
Worth every penny...or nickel rather I always felt the price for these was absurd....for record it still is. Regardless, I finally bought a pair because I realized they would never go on sale. I previously bought the VS Lacey thong and will now slowly faze out what I have of those. The Mula Bandhawear (purchased in the appropriate size) stay in place. I purchased the size I wear in wunder unders. 4=S I'm now a believer and provided the fabric, fit and cut doesn't change anytime soon I will be a continued buyer. I also have purchased the light as air version...while they are exactly that; I just prefer the Mula. In fact I find the Mula didn't bunch at the side as they are just a tad thicker. **Also I did have an idea on Heylululemon maybe Lulu could have a promo of 3 for $33 but never heard anything. I think people would buy multiples at a deal :) May 5, 2015
Almost perfect I have never worn such comfy underwear. Makes my bum look great. It's all I wear. But sad to say that one of the pairs I one ripped :(. April 29, 2015
