Mula Bandhawear Thong
Falls apart after first wear!
I love Lululemon workout thongs, but these are made of SUCH thin material they fall apart instantly.
I recently purchased two pairs from the nearest Lululemon store. I had washed them and let them air dry TWO times. I recently went to put them on and they had completely fallen apart!
I really wish Lululemon wouldn't slack on their materials seeing as they charge high prices for all of their attire.

Amazing! ...if it actually fits.
The material is oh-so soft and the deep purple color is really a favorite of mine! I wanted to love these so so much, but after a few weeks of trying to make them work I'm afraid they are meeting their doom in the trash.
Since I'm normally a size 4 in all Lulu's bottoms, I ordered a size small in both the Mula Bandhawear Thong and the Light As Air Thong... really excited to finally try (& ideally convert entirely!) to Lululemon's underwear selection.
The verdict? The size small in both cuts are HUGE. The Mula Bandhawear Thong was slightly more fitting, but still it is uncomfortably too large and just makes taking a yoga class a nightmare of awkward thong adjustments. An unfortunate $30+ loss. Will keep my eyes out for an XS option.

these panties feel so fantastic that I had to order three more colors...they hold up through hot yoga quite well, quite literally. They wash nice too :)

Miss the old undies
I LOVE the underwear lulu made 2 years ago they were like the "light as air" undies but the material was a little thicker and they were fantastic. The "light as air" material is way to thin ( have had two pairs fall apart) and the thong on these is much to wide. I can't wear them very long because of shaffing so total fail for me. The material is soft but if you are going to make a thong it needs to be thinner strip!

Absolutely love this thong. Not only is it silky soft and feels amazing, but it's THE ONLY thong I own that I haven't found myself readjusting throughout the day, even once. I've never adjusted this thong once I've put it on and it stays put AND makes your backside look amazing! Not sure what it is, but it makes your backside look more "bubbly" and round. Love it. The only thing I don't like is that I find if I wear it for a longer period of time (one time I slept over at a friends house and didn't change until the night after) I feel like it digs in where the outer bottom part of the thong is along the front "v" (the part you can see when standing. Not sure if it's just because they got all twisted up when I slept (in a ball of blankets, lol) but it only happened once, so we'll see.
Only thing other I dislike is that sometimes when I'm in a rush and I pull my wunder unders on fast, the sides roll. Perfectly fine once I flatten them, but I wish they stayed flat! It's more of my problem than the thong's, but whatever.

These are buy far the best thong I've bought, I wasn't sure about spending the money on one.. But I'm so glad I did, I wear size 6 Lulu bottoms, and I got a size small, I can honestly say I can wear these with anything from jeans to dresses or track pants. There's so VPL with these, and I can even wear one while playing hockey. I'm very happy with this purchase, I will definitely buy more.

Nice fit and comfortable
This works great under the wunder under pants no lines and doesn't ride up.

Good underwear but no Techni-thong
I do love these underwear BUT they are far from living up to the techni-thong. They are extremely comfortable to wear and have a good fit but I think they are a poor replacement for the great product that was the techni-thong - please bring them back - they were the best training underwear around!

First try with the lulu thongs
Definitely a bit of an investment for panties, but WOW....I am super impressed!
No VPL, most comfortable thong I own so far, and stays put without being restrictive! I haven't yet worn them to workout in, so maybe that'll change....but not thinking so.
Worth the investment!

Comfy, but material does not hold up.
I bought 2 pair of Lulu undies a few years ago. I can recall thinking they were a bit expensive at the time, but they have accompanied me on hundreds of runs without issue. They were comfortable and held up extraordinarily well. I tried a few other athletic brands, but found myself returning to them.
I replaced them with these, and found that these undies feel much lighter - more like something you would wear as an "every-day" type of panty. I was skeptical that they would hold up when I purchased them but bought them anyway recalling how well their predecessors performed.
The good news? It is comfy and stays put. I wore it for 13.5 miles beneath the Pace Setter Skirt and was pleased to have found a replacement...
Until I was getting undressed and saw that the front of the underwear had pilled from the top of the waistband all the way to the crotch. Now, it's UNDERwear, so this is purely a cosmetic issue, but I have never had this problem with the prior pairs (which were comprised of polyamind and elasthane instead of nylon and spandex).
If you are looking for something to wear beneath street clothes, this will probably work great for you. If, however, you plan on wearing this beneath tight-fitting materials for a work-out just note that the fabric may not look as nice as you would hope for $16 when your work-out is over.
