Very cute golf skirt!
Bought this skirt to golf in black. Very comfortable - the shorts underneath provide good coverage. Its a very flattering fit and I'm sure I'll be wearing it all summer.
For taller girls (I'm 5'8") its nice to find something long enough to cover up the behind! If you're between sizes, go for the larger size. Both the 8 and 6 could have worked for me but I went for the 8 in order to get a little more length.

my star rating is misleading...
This is my all time favorite running skirt and it's PERFECT for my golf game too. The cut is perfect, comfy, nothing moves in the wrong direction.
I LOVE THIS SKIRT. I am obsessed with it. But unfortunately, I NEED the tall size of the skirt and it's got to be a size 10. They only carry this combo in the White color --- which I own and love. I've been checking the website daily for more colors in that size and nothing. I'm beginning to think Lululemon doesn't care about us tall girls!
So that's why there's a poor rating. I'm hoping it catches someone's eye over there in corporate where all the size/color/design decisions are made.
Please help me Lululemon!!!!

Tall is too short
Please make this skort longer - even the tall is too short and if you are remotely curvy the fabric rides up. Also why are the skorts not offered in size 12. Not everyone that is a runner is a stick. It's very disappointing that Lulu continues to cater to tall skinny girls when adding a size and few extra inches as an option would make everyone happy

Loved, Bought Another, Hem Unstitched After 2 Uses
I bought this skirt in black and fell in love with it. The shorts don't ride up and all the pockets are great and hold everything I need for running (though it annoys me that tennis ball pockets are always stitched in upside down, making them useless to anyone who doesn't play tennis - this is not unique to Lulu, I know, it has just always irked me. Tennis balls can go in a right-side-up pocket, but my iPhone can't go in an upside-down pocket. Just saying.)
Silly tennis pocket aside, I loved this skirt so much that I wanted to get another one. My size was sold out online in every color but white, so I was ecstatic when I tracked a pinkelicious one down in the downtown Boston store on Sat, 5/4. I have since worn it on two runs, one about 4 miles and one 6.5 - not even 11 miles total, and have washed it twice. The seam around the gripper tape on one of the legs has come completely unstitched about 1/3 of the way around the leg, so that the grippy part just hangs down now and is useless (see picture). I'm bringing it to my local store in hopes of exchanging it, but I really loved the pink and don't want white :/

Best Running Skirt
I purchased this skirt (size 8) in black not realizing that it was the "Tall". I'm 5'6 and 149 pounds and it's perfect! From the back, the skirt just covers my booty with nothing hanging out. The rubber gripping on the shorts hold the legs in place so they don't ride up. This skirt gave me the most carefree run because I didn't have to continually make clothing adjustments. I just ordered another skirt in white because I was so impressed. Thank you Lulu!

Only 5'3" and TALL is PERFECT!!!
I accidentally tried on a 6 tall in the store, thinking I had grabbed a 6 regular (I'm 5'3", 128lbs) and immediately thought it was a home run. When the sales associate/educator brought me a regular 6 in another color, I quickly decided the tall gave just a pinch more bum coverage for a mid-40s like me. It's just enough more coverage that I don't have to worry about what is/isn't hanging out when I walk around or work out. With a curvy figure, I wasn't sure this would be flattering, but it was! I have muscular legs and an hourglass figure and there was no stretching across the hips, nor no cut-off circulation on the legs. I was worried about the grip in the thighs pinching and/or rubbing, but I've yet to experience that -- at all - either when running, major walks (5-8 miles) or just wearing out and about.
I will say that there is a difference in the fabric and how it stretches (or doesn't stretch, for that matter) when I tried on pattern skirts or different colors. I ended up buying both the black and white solids so that I could rotate them and wear with any color on top. The solids just seem to stretch a bit better and have more give (why is that???).
Last, this is definitely a grab-it-while-you-see-it when you see your size. Seems like this item sells out, in general, the minute a new color comes out. Don't hesitate if you know your size. I'll be buying 1-2 more when/if I can get my hands on them.
Would like to see a plain PURPLE, plain BLUE (not beach blanket, meh!), solid dune or gray/soot.

Great for Golf
I love this skirt!! I use it for golfing and its great and comfy. I decided on the *Tall and I'm glad I did, it's the perfect length. For reference I'm 5'6 125lbs and bought a size 4. Come out with more colours :)

Great Golf Skort!
I have always loved these skirts because they are so darn cute, but I had always thought they were too short for anything but running. When I found out they had Tall sizes, I snatched up a black skirt for golfing! It's a great length (I'm not that tall - 5'5, so it may not work for those longer gams) but it's a perfectly appropriate length for golfing and I love that. Lulu - you need to make some golf wear! The other stuff out there is just too dowdy. I wouldn't mind seeing some more of your cycling stuff too.

Great Skirt for Tall Chicks!
I'm 5'9" and finding tennis skirts that cover my rump is hard to find. The length of this skirt is PERFECT. Not too short, not too long. Love all the pockets as well. The only thing I would switch is putting the mesh ball pocket on the right side leg instead of the left, since most people are righties and it's easier to grab a ball on the right leg.

I've been converted from crops!
I have been a crops-only summer runner since the beginning. Running shorts don't provide enough support for me to run in, and bike shorts just look silly! I was in love with this skirt as soon as I saw the pleats, and it's actually one of the cheapest running skirts available when compared to other companies. I am only 5'-0" but ordered the tall as I like a bit more coverage. I had trouble picking a size as I have a 14" difference between my waist (24") and hips (28"), but went with a 4 in black. It fits only the tiniest bit snug in the hips (skirt fabric, not the under-shorts) and only needs a bit of tightening at the waist with the drawcord. I do find the skirt rides up the tiniest bit due to not being wide enough for my hips, but it's minute.
I will say I ordered this in a size 2 in two of the fun colors (they weren't available in a 4), and now I understand what some other reviewers have said about the black being a better fabric than the colors. It has much more stretch than the colors did, and while the 2 fit best at my waist and the under-shorts fit well too, the skirt fabric was not nearly wide enough for my hips and pulled badly.
My only major gripe is that this is a "Run:" skirt and yet the only side pocket is for a tennis ball, not a phone pocket like the Breeze By skirt. Phone pockets would be much more useful!
